They need to hire competent staff. Alex conducted a preliminary interview and completely assumed/misheard what was said and used it as a basis for denying an equipment loan. His own biases towards women, marriage and who knows what else (my last name is very Hispanic) clearly interfered with his ability to listen to facts and rectify his errors once confronted with the truth. This company is adamant that I am married and requesting documents from my non-existent spouse. I have never been married in my life. The company refused to revisit the application and chose to make a decision off of an assumption. Poor business!! Luckily we have approvals from other lenders, but I will be sure to never recommend this lender to anyone in our group of business owners. Shame, shame, shame! My husband and I placed an online application for an equipment lease Aug 6, 2014. The next day Credit Karma alerted us that we both had a 'hard look' at our credit on that same day. It is now into the next week and neither of us have heard back from this company concerning if we qualify. Now we have ANOTHER black mark on our credit as an inquiry which on my husband's credit report dropped him down 85 points from good to excellent credit to now fair to poor. Great. Now if we apply at a bona fide bank or an actual professional leasing company our chances of financing have decreased and if we do get financing it will be at a higher interest rate. My story depresses me for this company truly took ADVANTAGE of me and my business. They promised that my credit card processing fees would be greatly reduced and made me feel like an idiot if I did not switch to their services. The sleazy salesman's name is Isaac, After several months of paying ~2% more than I previously paid in CC processing fees, I contacted this company and they apologized for the fees but had no suggestions to reduce the elevated fees. I tried to break the lease and my attorney's comment was "I can only imaging the sleazy salesman peddling this equipment in your office." I will continue to denigrate this company and their contract as their affiliation with the Merchant Services company that sold me this at a vulnerable time in my life has stressed me out beyond belief. read more

This company is mastery at bait and switch. I wanted to lease $25,000 worth of equipment. They quoted me monthly lease rates for 48 months. The actual total was slightly more than $25,000 so I paid directly the difference to the vendors. They refused to allow me to do that having the vendors send me back the money I had paid to keep the amount at $25,000, then they changed the monthly amount by more than $100 per month. So, for having them pay up front an additional $1,200, they charged me more than $5,000 over the four years. These people are scum! read more

I leased a machine through this company and paid every payment on time and in full. After the lease ended they sent me a check for roughly $900.00 stating it was a refund for overpayment. Several years later I got a call from a collection company telling me I owed them $900.00 plus fees. They didn't even bother to pick up the phone and explain they made a mistake and ask for the $900.00 back and even after paying back the money they still are trying to charge me collection fees and interest. read more
