No communication, after 2 months called for an update on when they would start working on it. Once they did, we had to call them every week to get updates. So we are at $3500 of them just throwing parts and tests at it hoping something would stick. They then say it needs new injectors and wanted another $8000 to replace them. They replaced these a year or so ago and say there is only a 30 day warranty. Everyone else has a 12 month warranty. I called one of the other Coleman locations and was quoted $4000 to replace the injectors. I had a new Mercury Pro xs outboard motor and was performing the 2 hour new motor break-in and the…read moremotor started to make and knocking noise, so I made a short video of the motor and sent it to Smithville Marine and within an hour I got a phone call from them and they said if I would bring it down to them they may even be able to check it out later that same and the next day they sent me a text with a picture of a bad rod bearing they found plus they already contacted for me with the option to replace the power head or replace the complete outboard motor assembly so I wanted a complete new motor and within two weeks they messaged me the boat was ready to be picked up. I was a very happy camper and picked the boat up the next day was able to go on my planned fishing trip that next week thanks to them at Smithville marine.
