I went back to Rouchka and he said no that should not happen. He wrote up a ticket and said he would pick the mower up and replace the engine. No cost to me. He never showed up. It cost me over $800. I wanted to trust him as he seemed to be trustworthy. But it appears that is not so. Buyer beware of this business.

I called around to a couple different dealers and one of the other dealers was very condescending and acted like I was wasting his time. But then I called Fries and found the person I spoke with was very helpful and patient even though it was close to closing time on a Saturday and he wasn't even the salesman. I drove out to Kearney the following Monday and was greeted as soon as I walked in. My salesman Collin ( Last name Fries which I didn't know or realize until after most of the deal was done.) answered all my questions. He took the time to thoroughly explain the machine and all the details of operation. Collin was very helpful and even honored or beat the prices of the accessories I was looking for. He has been very helpful in tracking down the right parts even after the fact. He even was able to expedite the delivery. TBH in today's world it is very tough to find great service alone but to pair it with great prices is almost unheard of! Collin Fries and Fries AG & TURF have earned all my business from here going forward! To anyone thinking about a new mower or outdoor equipment, Fries should be your first call. It more than likely will be the last one you need to make. Collin and the Fries team are the smart choice!

Husqvarna told us to take it in for warranty service but Fries would not even look at it unless I paid $135 up front. The person who waited on me said the charge was because I didn't buy it from them and that next time I should buy from them rather than from Lowe's. So much for a small home town business that cares about customer service. Only thing they care about is money. Needless to say I didn't pay them $135. I will never take my business to Fries!

Ok, close it down folks, I've found my new appliance repair guy for the foreseeable future…read more I had started down the YouTube instructional video.. you know the ones that make everything look incredibly easy, but then it turns out it's a marginally different model of dryer and completely changes the whole equation? Yeah, one of those. So about fifty suppressed swear words later, I'm on the phone with The Other Guy, and we're booked for a short window the next day. He jumped right in and dismantled the entire thing to clean it out, test out parts, and make sure he got it right. He showed me how the burner was glowing too hot, which means we'd just be replacing it again in a handful of months. We tested and tried different things on it, and he landed on an airflow issue (in addition to already fixing the broken part), and shortened our exhaust duct. He stuck around to make sure this fix was it and was going to take, and it's been humming ever since. I also found his pricing fair, and will go to him again (but good lord hopefully not for a while, we've had enough of these things this year). On last note -- just call him. I know. I want to send the message and hope it works out, but I think it's easier and more likely to happen if you just call on this one.

Thursday we were told a new one would be in by the following Monday and we could swap it out. Monday when we called to see if it was in we were told the new owners were not honoring old warranties. No call to notify us while she waited in her hot house for 5 days. Michael the manager and Vicky the purchaser pointed fingers at who dropped the ball and there was nothing the owners would do to help us. Horrible customer service. My father while alive spent all his time shopping at this store and this is how they treat long term customers. You lost our business and anyone else that will listen to how you treated our family. Shame on you!
