I called Central Body to get some info and discuss my options. I spoke with the manager Kathy. The very next day I called back with a few more questions and spoke with her again. From the moment the phone was answered to the very second we hung up the phone both times, Kathy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, 1,000% honest and respectable which was very appreciated and a pleasure to hear. At the end of the day, she did give me her opinion and advised me on NOT getting our camper fixed due to the damage, the year of it and the worth. So, she did turn away business yes, but what she did was save us a HUGE HUGE hassle in the long run and allowed us to make a smart educated decision on what to do. And she also gave me a few tips on how to do an easy diy fix to get us by for a little while until our brand-new camper arrived which was on order. I hope and pray nothing happens with our new one, but if for any reason it does, Central Body is the 1st place I'm gonna go to especially if Kathy is the one that helps us. Note that I mentioned my TM model six times in the conversation. I paid and he ordered the cover. I tried to put the cover on and it was not close to fitting. I described the situation to BS Marine and they said they would investigate and call me back. They never called back. After speaking with the cover manufacturer they do not even make a cover for my boat configuration and flatly said the cover ordered would not fit my boat. It should never have been ordered. Now BS Marine will not allow a return and refund stating that I said I had a TM model that I have never owned. BS Marine is totally incompetent and unaccountable. I should have read previous reviews. I wish I could rate a no star rating. If you are looking for a reputable marine dealer, don't stop at BS Marine!!

I have my Starcraft limited. I called the service desk to inquire about de-winterization and to inquire if they could add a fishing package. The response was "when we winterize boats they are already de-winterized". And "we don't do quotes over the phone" ... I wasn't asking for a quote, and I know there is a hell of a lot more to do than to just start up the boat in the spring for de-winterization just by reading the engine manual.... Not helpful in sales... not helpful in service.
