Dan Seigel is the epitome of a quality person and lawyer. He took on a very complex matter for me…read moreafter a huge dissatisfaction with my previous law firm which got me nowhere in a years time. Dan got it closed in a matter of weeks with aplomb. Kudos, Dan!

My initial complaint drafted by Dan Seigel was dismissed by the Judge because it did not have the…read morenecessary facts included. Dan's response to the Court? "But this is the same complaint I always file." That is him in a nutshell. Charging far too much for boilerplate pleadings. I provided all of the facts necessary to write a detailed complaint - he included virtually none of them. And when I asked why, he told me, "I do this all the time," and shut me down. I spent thousands of dollars only to have my complaint dismissed and then I had to start all over again - and pay him for it all over again. No apology, no discount for the amended filing, nothing. In Court he was easily rattled and made poor arguments; in one hearing he actually argued the Judge out of ruling on our behalf. On two of his five invoices he billed me at the wrong rate (higher than agreed upon, of course). When I pointed this out to him, he was curt and defensive with me. And when I fired him and found a new attorney, Dan contacted that new attorney five days after sending his final invoice to ask if he was going to get paid. His rate was 50% more than every other attorney I contacted, and while he advertises "concierge service," the only thing concierge about his service was his price.

I had such a great experience working with Jen Gomez! Estate planning can feel overwhelming, but…read moreJen made the entire process easy and stress-free. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient, and genuinely caring. One thing that really stood out was how organized she was--every document, meeting, and step of the process was handled with such care and attention to detail. She explained everything clearly and made the paperwork feel totally manageable, which I truly appreciated. Jen made what could have been a complicated and emotional task feel empowering and smooth. I have worked with her several times on a few different items, and I would work with her again and happily recommend her!

The initial communications were good, quick and responsive... Mr. Pratt emailed me and told me to…read morecall him.. We had a brief free consultation (where it sounded like he was eating a bag of chips) and also not really very helpful, though he did present a couple viable legal options. I asked to think about it over the weekend and I would get back to him... The weekend passed, and I called him the next week, twice (both times spoke with his assistant who sounded half-asleep) and I requested a call back... Didn't hear anything then I sent an email direct, no response either. Then I decided to dig deeper and I googled Mr. Pratt's name, "attorney reviews" and got some really, really bad ones on a third party site. These other reviews really captured what I experienced (or could have experienced). I grew displeased with Mr. Pratt's "lack of care, and enthusiasm" and searched elsewhere for better quality representation, and better quality customer service. The bottom line: Mr. Pratt was UNSAT! And I hired a different lawyer.

Grady legal is unquestionably a company you can trust. I dealt with the owner : Jacqueline Grady ,…read moreand her colleague Jennifer Rendfrey. Before, I went to their offices, I informed them of my predicament, and they were kind enough to lend more than just an "ear" they constantly and consistently gave me very good advice on the telephone and email. They said they enjoy helping people, and now I know they meant it. When I met them at their office they were relaxed but very professional getting to the crux of the matter quickly. The problem I had was, in my view, severely inflated hospital bills, Gradylegal , are experts in this area and I'm sure many other fields as well. I think most people, including me are unfortunately somewhat skeptical regarding retaining the services of a lawyer. Before, I went to see Gradylegal, I was very concerned and literally, occasionally having sleepless nights worrying about the various bills I had received from the hospital and it's associates. When I left their office (Gradylegal) I felt as if a great weight had been lifted from me,some of the invoices I received from the various doctors and the hospital we're almost like Chinese to me (metaphorically speaking) At our first meeting they quickly put me at ease and guaranteed me that they could save me thousands which they have subsequently proved to have done. if you're looking for a lawyer that's relaxed and very professional and gets the job done, Gradylegal I cannot recommend high enough. They've given me peace of mind.

This place saves you a lot of hassle and heartache for a fee…read more.. Let me preface I used these guys (411 Pain) a few years ago during a nasty accident while attending FIU. Initially I felt cheated right after all was said and done (large portion of settlement went to them and the doctors). However after looking back on the incident, overall I have to say it was actually the best option to go with these guys. You may be asking "how can you say it was the best option to go with these guys - they ripped you off?" -yes, but mostly no (compared to your other immediate options) --Story below: Right after the accident you are shook up and injured (fractured wrist) - you are not in the right state of mind, your heart is racing, you are shivering you are scared and confused. You call the insurance company, they say "Don't worry we'll take care of you" - you ask what do I do next, they tell you some information and then say that's all they can do (I literally remember it as "blah blah blah blah" - ala teacher from Charlie Brown) ...I don't have health insurance (I was a young stupid student), but was told to go the urgent care/emergency room to get looked at...and it would get sorted later...coming to my senses and being a accounting major (professional cash tight wad in training) this didn't bode well for me...go to the ER room is $500 just stepping though the door and not assurances on how this will be paid.....no...... At this stage I'm about to cry - I really don't know what to do next - luckily I was within sight of the 411 pain bill board. Honestly I never trusted things like this, but I thought it can't get any worse -I had zero net worth sitting in my wrecked car any my wrist is starting to hurt worse.... So I dialed the number was handed off to case manager and he assured me everything would be ok, and setup a visit to the doctor within 2 hours - they picked me up from the tow shop (my car had to get towed off 95) took me straight to the doctors, told me they/someone's insurance will cover this - yep fractured almost broken wrist, and early signs of back injury...,ugh...how am I going to pay for this? What am I going to do without my car? I just want my life to get back in order - I have midterms on the horizon damn it! The law firm sends their damage appraisers to survey the damage to my wreck of a car while I was seeing the doctor and told me over the phone that it looks pretty bad and will take a few days to fix providing I find the right garage - I didn't even want to ask the estimated cost of repairs - however before I could utter the words - they said I shouldn't worry about it, and that Kanner & Pintaluga will take care of me and they will see to it my car gets repaired. The driver takes me to their office where I sign and fill even more paperwork, talk to the lawyer who will be handling my case - everyone put me at ease as this was a very stressful time for me (I would guess for anyone really) Reading through the documents with a clearer head - it basically said the firm will be taking a portion of the settlement. The settlement will also be used to cover the auto repair costs and doctor visits - whatever is left is mine. At this point I didn't really care about the cash as much as just getting my life together...meaning me without pain and having a working car... The firm set up my doctor and physical therapy appointments - I attend everyone of them - my back and wrist doesn't hurt and healed from the injury. They also gave me back my car full repaired 4 days later - amazingly I think it looked better than before the accident! I get regular updates on my case - roughly twice a month. Fast forward 5 months later - I get notice that the case was finally settled for a rather large sum. However I will only receive a few grand, after all the fees, repair costs, doctor visits are applied. I was rather bummed at that time - however looking back - These guys were the best option I could have gone with. My car was repaired, I was repaired, the traumatic experience only lasted a day with these guys overseeing everything. In retrospect back then I only really had two other options: - Do what the insurance company told me and get screwed financially - Attempt to find a doctor, lawyer and keep on top of the law suit and not fall into a deep financial hole -- oh yeah you are a scared 20 year old and know no one around town to help you when this happens... What these guys really do for you is handle this big nasty mess of an accident - make sure you are medically taken care of, your car is taken care of, deal with the insurance companies, go to court for you, saving you tons of worry and grief and allow you to just go on with your life like nothing happened. Would I have like to have a bigger chunk of that settlement? Of course, however the most important thing is that I was ok mentally and physically, not disabled, and could go on to ace my midterms and continue my scholarship.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering hiring this law firm think twice…read more Based on my experience, I felt that my case was never treated as a priority. Instead of fighting to maximize my compensation, it seemed like the focus was on maximizing the firm's fees. I was also very concerned by what appeared to be extremely inflated medical bills, particularly from the chiropractors they referred me to, which ultimately reduced the amount I received. After months of waiting, I was offered what I considered to be a very disappointing settlement. For everything I went through, the final compensation was far less than I expected. Communication was another major issue. The staff handling emails were unresponsive, often leaving my questions unanswered for long periods. Even after the case was resolved, they could not provide a clear estimate of when my settlement funds would actually be transferred, which added even more frustration during an already stressful process. Overall, I felt unsupported from beginning to end. If you're looking for attorneys who will genuinely fight for your best interests and keep you informed throughout the process, this was not my experience. I would not hire this firm again and cannot recommend them to others.
