I asked her what the name of products where and she decided to cancel me days later after we set an appt. very odd and negative. I didn't need any extensive treatment. Just find this very odd. and not right.

Kate listened to me, did exactly what I wanted, and even experimented some which turned out beautifully. Plus, the haircut was completely reasonable at 24 bucks.
