Within three days, my nails shipped completely and two of my toes Never in my life receiving a gel pedicure and having my nails done, did the paint chip off so easily. Worse manicure of my life! I wanted a simple manicure, natural shape, no color and this girl ruined my nails. First She cut them so short, it looks ridiculous. She etched my nails, as you would do for a gel manicure, so my nails look very rough, with cross hatches. Then she used the same drill on my cuticles. Now my cuticles are peeling like I've never experienced. I am ashamed of my for allowing her to do this. This was manicure malpractice. read more

This place is a filthy, disorganized mess. Even WITH AN APPOINTMENT you will spend more time waiting than actually getting your nails done. Although the actual work is pretty good most of the time, they are extremely difficult to communicate with and not keeping to appointments just doesn't work if you have any kind of schedule to keep. They always ended up charging more than what was listed on their menu and I grew tired of the hassle it became to get my nails done, which should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience! I have been going to T's for about 2 years. I always get a pedicure and occasionally a no-chip manicure. I had an appointment this past Tuesday before Thanksgiving for a pedicure. Prior to my appointment at T's I had a laser treatment on my face. Because of that treatment my face was covered in vaseline - so I looked greasy. When I walked in the owner/manager asked, "What did you do to your face?" and sort of laughed. I told him I had a laser treatment and he asked me why - I explained it helps get ride of the appearance of sun damage, etc. He then said something rude and I said, excuse me? He said nevermind. I continued to check in and then went back to the pedicure chair. After about 10 minutes of waiting (shame on me for waiting that long) I asked a girl to fill the bowl so I could soak while I wait. She did. The water was cold. When the owner/manager walked by I asked him to make the water warmer. As he was doing that he took a phone call and turned the water so hot, my foot is burned. He laughed and apologized. I told him he should not be on the phone while he is waiting on people. He gave me $5 off my service. I still tipped the girl who gave me my pedicure well - but, because of him - I will never return to T's nails. The owner/manager was rude, as are other employees. I do not mind the no english speaking. I am very familiar with the asian culture. I understand it. But this was beyond anything I have ever experienced there. His rude comments when I checked in and not paying attention and harming me - never again. Hindsight, I wish I would have walked out instead of checking in. read more

Today I came into T'nails to get a pedicure, my nail tech T did an acrylic pedicure for me with french tips! One of my toe nails was completely gone and she fixed it! For the acrylic pedicure it's 55$ I also got the Lemon Dream pedicure which is 40$, it smelled amazing! The back massage chairs always lure me in I swear! I will be coming back to see her in two weeks for a filling! Scheduling it with her before I leave! They are very hospitable and gave a great leg and foot massage and I love the foot wax! read more

Had basic$30 pedicure. Danny did minimal mediocre pedi. No warm lotion or leg message. No cuticle oil. No hot towel , barely warm only one. Not interested unless you get premium pedi. I've been here three times, and the experience has been very different every time. My first nail tech was excellent, she gave me a beautiful set of gel nails, and she made me feel very comfortable. She has sadly left. When I came back for a fill, the new nail tech I had completely filed off my nails and gave me a fresh set instead. She also left polish all over my fingers and didn't shape my nails well. That being said, we had a very nice conversation. The third time I came, my nail tech was only just learning how to do gel nails, so my fill took about 2 hours. The nails came out gorgeous, though. Next time I need my nails done, I'm going to look for another salon with more consistency. read more

Highly recommend Randy! I showed him a previous picture from another yelp review and he nailed the shape.. no pun intended. This is only my second time coming here but he's consistent in service and super nice The nail salon overall is clean, welcoming and has a nice atmosphere. I recommend making an appointment but they do take walk ins The older lady (didn't catch her name but she walks with a cane) at the front desk is the sweetest and always makes conversation if you're willing. The only con with this place is it really depends on the nail technician you get. Will not name names but there are two female technicians who can come off rude and overall you just will not have a super pleasant experience. My sister in law had both of them and they made her feel uncomfortable and judged. It just depends on your perspective. read more

Used to be a good place to get your nails done but they charge ppl of color more and always expect to get a tip that's like mandatory, rude service if you're black excellent to caucasians. I don't like bad service at all, if your business is to service ppl that's what should be done and everyone should be charged the same you have lost a loyal customer! The left is this salon's job done by a dude named Vinh. The right is mine. It was the most horrid experience! Vinh did not properly remove my cuticles and applied nail polish like a 5 year-old would. My sister and I tried this place out for pedicures. It was a horrible experience they hurt my sisters toes. The water was ice cold. Then she turned on the hot water and burnt my left foot with that. (Lee) The woman doing my feet (Vivian) burnt me with scalding hot lotion on my right foot. Then she used the pumice block and scraped my ankle very badly. Also both ladies used already used materials. That is not sanitary. It can cause fungus. Not happy at all. I do not recommend this place. I have tried nearly every nail salon in NW IN and SW MI area and T's Nails is the only location I've ever left being 100% satisfied. Not only was the price great, they did a flawless & extremely thorough job on my pedicure and the salon was super clean! They put a liner in the pedicure tub and all the tools they used were pre-sealed and packaged for sanitation. I can't say enough great things about this location and their staff. Walked in on 7/21 to see if they had time for a gel manicure & regular pedicure. They said yes, they would get the water going and I could soak until someone could take care of me. I was fine with that. What I wasn't fine with was that they didn't shape my toe nails nor do anything with cuticles. On top of that, after a while another guy squeezed between the wall and my chair and proceeded to give me a manicure...in the dark. He put one hand in a bowl of cool water while working a bit on other hand's cuticles. Again, no shaping and nothing relaxing about any of it. I kept having to stretch my arm across my body and hold both arms out; and hold the gel light in my lap. There is a pretty large gap between the polish and my cuticle...it looks like it's been weeks and weeks since my last manicure and it's grown out. They also had me pay full price for the red headed step child treatment. Bottomline, I will not go back. If I were I'd try and find someplace else. read more

Well I honestly don't know if their service is any good. I called ahead for an appointment, but quickly found out that means nothing to them!! They did put me in a pedicure chair right away but there I sat for 45 minutes. Water wasn't warm to begin with so it went cold rather quickly. No one ever bothered to say it's only going to be a few more minutes or apologize or explain why they couldn't honor my appointment. If you don't mind being ignored and soaking your feet in cold water then I suppose this is the place for you! But if you value your time, I suggest trying somewhere else!! read more

T's Nails is a large and efficient salon. I went for the first time today and I was really impressed. I was taken on time, one person took off my polish, and another, Lucy, did my nails. She was meticulous and a perfectionist. I was amazed at how well the place is managed. It is not a really cozy friendly place, but if you want a perfect manicure, in my opinion, this is your place. It's always a hit or miss with this place. Sometimes my nails last three weeks and sometimes they last less then a week. The wait times are ridiculous unless you have an appointment right when they open. This salon lacks customer service I've had two incidents with the same woman .The first time the lady refused to put the choice of my color on my nails calling it "ugly", I went with her advice. The second time she told my daughter that it would be "ugly"and "light". She was very offended and on top of that it was a hour wait you would think it was packed but it wasn't. I do not recommend Ts nail or at least the women at the first chair on the left side. She was rude from the moment I said I didn't want to do gel acrylics today. I asked to have my nails shaped and trimmed that wasn't done, they are all different lengths and they are lumpy. Through out the entire service she was bending my fingers, swatting my hand and throwing my hand (when she was moving on to the next hand). I went to get my eyebrows done about a month ago & the lady completely ruined them. She chopped off a huge piece in the center, then instead of telling me covers it up with makeup. When I get in the car I realized & went in to show the guy who did my nails & when he told her I knew & she needed to fix it she tried to shave the whole part off. After a month, (two days ago) I decided I needed to get them done again & have T's another shot. Not only did the lady rush through as fast as she could, but she didn't let the wax cool & left little blisters on my face everywhere she had the wax.
