The night before court she recommended my ex verbally offer me two days per week and I pay her $700 or so a month in support. I said no. I represented myself, filed my own paper work and got everything I wanted. The judge was mad because on the day of the hearing Ms. McQuarrie left her briefcase in the courtroom on accident earlier in the morning. She made us delay our hearing until later in the morning because Ms. McQuarrie couldn't get her papers as her briefcase was still in the courtroom while another hearing happened. My ex paid a lot I am sure to gain nothing. I did my own papers, told the truth and have enjoyed 50/50 custody of my children for the last five years.

Basically it was a sham contract, written and enforced by shady people, to take advantage of naive young people like myself! Anyway, after calling quite a few other law firms with old, dry, uninterested voices only robotically reciting their fees for intial consultation or turning me away, Gizzi & Reep's contracts attorney Mark Mitchell agreed to see me, in an interested and human-like voice at that, imagine that! He was so friendly, and so was the other attorney who came in to help out and give his opinion during the consultation. This attorney could care less about any harm caused by him or my previous divorce attorney and the wrath of those two attorneys continue to destroy me, my reputation and anything that comes up with my name attached to it, by having all my assets thrown into a probate pool, daily. Black can realize that I do exist as a person and stop selling me, my identifying documents and competing with someone half his age, just as I would have hoped Ms Hoffman, and Mrs Stanley would stop competing with me too. This is a modern day Cindrella Story that I have been dealing with sense I was ten years old, when my grandmother had passed away. I am sorry you all are having issues that are hard for you to look at, at this time, but I dont think destroying me any further will bring you a positive balanced life, and end mine, like you all have recently prayed for,however I hope you can find it within yourself to stop using me my funds, or treating me like Im deceased.
