Nightmare for us with billing inaccurately, communication, and follow up…read more Inaccurate bill was paid in full by check-debited from our account but after BBB complaint filed they filed paperwork with the state of Iowa to put a lien on our home-keep in mind they had the money for services that were billed incorrectly fourteen days prior! Questionable across the board business practices with billing, follow up, and resolution of problems. We were told we are to get a partial refund for inaccurate billing. The "lien" paperwork was also removed. When I contacted the state regarding the lien they suggested retaining a lawyer to deal with the company-all for a faulty light sensor that was not fixed, just a diagnosis! I contacted the Attorney General of Iowa for further assistance in this matter. On their website they have 5 star reviews-I would suggest google, BBB, and Yelp prior to hiring!
