They were middle of the road, but I like their professionalism. I don't even call anyone else for an estimate anymore, I go straight to them. They get you in timely, and do good work. I would give them 5 stars except last time, the guy forgot my appointment. I called the office 15 minutes past, and he apparently forgot to write it down and double booked. Unfortunately, my house was being painted the next day, so I had to get the exterior light changed that day. He made it before I left for work. I let him in, and he let himself out. I won't let one bad apple spoil the bunch for me on this one though. I'll continue to use them on all my projects. Their reasonably priced, and their quotes are always spot on.
