If the property age was an issue, that should have been reviewed before taking my order, not the day of. When I called after receiving the cancellation text, I was told there was "no appointment," which only added to the frustration. This was my first impression of the company, and it was enough to ensure I will never do business with them. I immediately switched to Allo and received professional, reliable service. I was also told by locals that this company previously monopolized the area and developed a reputation for poor service -- which explains why so many people switched once Allo came to town. Didn't get an answering service, John took our call telling us they'd be here in about 45 minutes. They arrived at our house as said, diagnosed it immediately, got it done and working in 10-15 minutes. Their bill was really reasonable and their service call rate lower than the ones wanting to make us wait several hours. This is a company owned by 3 brothers. They came here together and worked quickly and efficiently to meet our needs. After they finished, they came inside to make sure everything was correct before leaving.
