I highly recommend Mike for any home inspection needs. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. His reports are detailed and comprehensive, complete with clear photos, explanations, and practical recommendations. He identifies both major and minor issues that most homeowners wouldn't even know to look for. His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the peace of mind he provides, which is invaluable when you're purchasing a $500,000 home. Don't assume you don't need an inspection just because your home is newly built. Having an expert like Mike on your side makes all the difference. He sent the report to both us and the builder. By the time of my walkthrough, the builder's superintendent already had the report in hand and walked me through everything they had corrected based on Mike's findings, all before the walkthrough even took place. I'm truly grateful for Mike's expertise and highly recommend his services.

He took the time to carefully assess every major system and component of the home, and he explained his findings in a way that was clear, practical, and easy to understand--even for items that were more technical. What really set Michael apart was how approachable and patient he was. He welcomed questions, walked us through potential concerns without creating unnecessary alarm, and provided realistic context around maintenance versus true issues. His experience was obvious in how efficiently he worked while still being incredibly detailed. Thanks to Michael, we feel far more confident moving forward with our home purchase. If you want an inspector who is knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping you understand the condition of your home, Michael is an easy choice. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a high-quality home inspection.

David is the owner of AllTech, and he performs the inspections. That was a big part of why I chose him to perform my home inspection. "I will inspect that home as if I'm buying it." He arrived on time. His inspection was very thorough. He acted in a professional manner with an easygoing attitude, and he is an honest man. His detailed report was presented the same day, hours after the inspection ended. His rate is not the lowest and it's not the highest. I highly recommend this business. My rating is 5.0.

Then later discovered that our electrical panel was a fire hazard and that it needs to be replaced. I told the seller, and he was shocked too because his seller before didn't tell him! And their home inspector prior did not know. I have heard from a few friends that their home inspector did not do their job well. One literally had a leak and mold all over his bathroom and it was never caught. If you want a TRUSTED home inspector. Hire David from alltech home inspection. He was able to explain to me how he was able to figure out what was an issue and what is not. This made me very confident on my house purchase. Finally after the inspection, he gave me a good rundown of all the things I needed to look out for and answered all my questions. Also, super cool guy

If I could give a zero rating I would. I am a senior citizen who hired this person, for a new home…read moreinspection. I have spent hours with this home builder getting work done that Mr. Morgan called "cosmetic" and he was not responsible for. He was recommended by a realtor. Do not expect Nachi to do anything for you. An attorney runs Nachi and laughs in your face for solutions to getting the "missed" items done in your new home. The attorney is a smart aleck who comes back with joke answers to your questions. My health has totally been affected after attempting to get the builder, which Mr. Morgan claims he builds homes as well, to fix anything. My garage floor was not leveled by my garage door so water comes in it when it rains, all away along and into both sides of the garage door. Finally, after 4 months, the cement person may have a remedy. We will see. The cement by my air conditioner is not leveled correctly and needs to be floated or corrected. Mr. Morgan neglected to go up in my attic. I was sweating in my master bedroom and the air was not coming out correctly throughout the home. The air condition people came out and showed me that the dampers were all left off and took hours to fix the situation. I was ill from not getting the proper air as this is a desert and it was very hot. I still am feeling ill from this and will be doing more checking into on this. The paint bled through in the living room, hall, and laundry room with big blotches. The paint people came to repaint all these rooms. One wall had to be fixed as the dry wall popped and there was a big crack in it. The patio stucco was entirely messed on the ceiling and had to be sanded down and repainted. The shower was missing stones and they spent hours trying to get the stones put in and to do the stucco again. I could not use my shower for 4 months as I waited for the stones to be placed in it and then I had to seal the stucco. The microwave has scratches on it which I am told to live with by the builder/also the stove has dents in it. He neglected to tell me there is no pressure water valve in the home so my pressure is very low and I can not regulate it accordingly. My cement has brown spots on it that takes away from the home and also he said the cement will dry and not have spots. Still has spots and not a good job. My rug has lumps throughout it, which is very strange, and I will be replacing it as it hurts my feet when I walk on it. He did not inform me that there is no vent for my oven and it circulates back into the home. Nor did he inform me that my water outlet for my block wall fence was up too high to let out water, so the mason people had to come back and knock out the wall and lower the outlet. He neglected to tell me this yard was not graded properly and has water issues which they need to come back and correct. I spent hours attempting to get all of this done when I thought I paid an inspector to make sure things were right. I am emotionally and physically sick from this nightmare which I thought I was avoiding by a HOME INSPECTION!!!! I could not even have the time to move my things in my home as I had to keep sending pictures and emails to the builder to get all of this done!!!! What a joke!!!!

His knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. Even after the report was completed, I had several follow-up questions, and Jemic took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Having bought and sold many homes over the years, I can honestly say I've never worked with an inspector who was more knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. The detailed report and excellent communication gave us confidence in moving forward with our purchase. I highly recommend Spectrum Home Inspection, and especially Jemic, to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced home inspector. We will absolutely be using them again for our next home purchase.

I hired Spectrum Inspection Group to perform mold testing at my home. The inspector collected a…read moretape sample and reported the results as negative. After reviewing where the sample had been taken, it appeared to be from a surface mark that looked more like residue from our Roborock vacuum rather than an area of suspected contamination. Because the conditions in the home and my symptoms persisted, I pursued independent testing. I sent samples to ProLab in Florida, which detected mold, including toxigenic species. I also hired LK Environmental to perform professional air and tape sampling, and both tests came back positive. I ultimately had to hire another company to complete the assessment, which resulted in additional and unnecessary expense. Based on my experience, I do not feel the inspection was thorough or representative of the actual conditions in the home. I have reached out to the company regarding this and hope they will address it appropriately.
