I hired them when I bought my home. The guy showed up and did his job, but never pointed out the glaring issues. The newly renovated bathroom went from having a tub to a shower, I wasn't aware of this because I didn't know where else to find out. If it wasn't permitted, I would have no idea. Well, the person we bought the home from was a self-proclaimed flipper (I think he should find another profession. Anyway after we moved in within the first month my daughter would take a shower and down the hall way there was new lake forming. After endless calls to speak with the inspector Chris, his manager asked me why I was calling and so I wrote her a list of things and or questions, once i provided the list, suddenly when i would call to follow up on a date to discuss with the manager and inspector, and the receptionist would just disconnect my call, then I believe they blocked me so I was never able to ask the questions. I believe he knew he did something wrong that is why I never heard from them', in closing I would never hire them just because of what they did to me. I was a first time home buyer and i hired them to know all these things, much like the flipper took out a window that was low and we could get out of if there were a God Forbid fire and put up a long skinny window that no one can get out of. I didn't realize that. he should have pointed it out. CALL SOMEONE ELSE. I will say I did hire them a couple of years ago but their name came up with I was searching for something else. But the update is all of my flooring is lifted on all the corners and I actually trip on the lifted part from all the water damage. The new shower plumbing below the drain wasn't connected. So when anyone took a shower the water would just flow out instead of down. Lovely. The window I spoke about is in the master bedroom All these things should have been at least noted, being that they are hired by the potential buyer we need the looking out for us, no dooming us. This company is DISHONEST! They messed up my AC by flipping it back and forth to heater mode. Then he pulled our stove out and either broke one of the legs or just knocked it all out of level. They are supposed to leave everything in the same condition and location as they found it! When I contacted them they told me to fix it myself and "It will take 10 seconds" They refused to except responsibility. Why did they even pull out my stove, it's ELECTRIC. It would take a whole page to explain some of the dumn call outs they logged on my home. The guy even referred to the Swamp Cooler platform on the roof as a "Chimney" that needed repair. These guys lack accountability, professionalism, and overall knowledge. Whoever responded to me on the email was arrogant, disrespectful, unprofessional, and preys on Senior Citizens. DON'T HIRE THESE GUYS ! read more

On the advice of our realtor, Diane Pherigo, we contacted Desert Property Inspection Services to conduct an inspection of a home we are purchasing. I called the company on the 23d of December, as it is the Christmas and New Year holiday's, I was expecting this would be a bit delayed. However, despite that very busy time of year, they were able to get someone to the house on New Year's Eve. I really couldn't ask for better response and service. I met the inspector, Randy Dimitz, at the house on the 31st, toward the end of the inspection which was about 2pm. He went through the entire inspection with me and made sure I understood what he had found. Considering that it was New Year's Eve and most people would want to get out quickly and start the holiday, he did not try and hurry his report along.
