Not only did we have a lot of water damage inside & outside, but also black mold inside our floors and walls. From the initial phone call to having someone come out for an estimate to finishing the project-- the team (Kirby, Ryan, & Trey) were nothing short of amazing. Not only were they the best price out of all four estimates that I received, but they were the only ones from the very beginning who seemed like they genuinely cared about my family, educated me throughout the whole process, & guided me on what needs to be done after they are finished. The response time 10/10. The communication 10/10. The efficiency 10/10. This situation happening to us was terrible, but those three (Kirby, Ryan, & Trey) made the process easy. Kirby especially went so above and beyond for us--calling numerous plumbers for hours for me, communicating with others who were working on my house besides Servpro, & him and his team even came out on a Saturday because they wanted our house done for us. Not sure why he couldn't have just said they weren't interested in the job, instead of leaving us hanging for weeks.
