I always tip no matter how poor the service. Todays visit was the worst, drove my car though the wash and waited behind two other cars. When the cars were finished, no one came to clean my car. there were no other vehicles in the waiting area. After waiting for longer than my schedule allowed, i got in my car and drove off. I called and complained, the person said they were waiting on towels. They can't vacuum with out towels??

This afternoon, I was welcomed into the store by a clean and well spoken associate who genuinely seemed pleased that I was here. On delivery I had to go straight back in to work so I did not get to look at the car. Once off work I was so disappointed. Water spots were obvious on the passenger side and on the driver side I was able to write "Wash me" on the side of my car and take a picture. There is brake dust still on the wheels, the windshield is still dirty, bugs are on the bumper like it wasn't washed and the wax or whatever they used streaked the hood. It's obvious they only waxed the hood by the streaks they left. The owner even acknowledged that it wasn't good when i sent him the pictures. He said he would make good on it today but never called back to pick up the car. Autobell made it look much better.
