went to get my car washed started vacuuming first the general manager came out and told me that I cannot car. I had to go through the car wash first. And on this note ain't nobody gonna tell me how to clean my car but you guys get my money every month make that make sense if I decide to vacuum my car before or after that's my business but yeah, you guys wanna take my money every month and think you're gonna dictate to me how to do my car general manager or not which I doubt if we was a general manager because of the attitude he had and then he told the guy don't let my car go through knowing that I pay every month y'all want some real BS but I like my money back cause I would never go back over there. The car was not even clean on the sides The wrap around or side brush were not working. Spent $24 Dollars. Need to improve quality!

There has not been "Triple Foam Car Wash" for months. They are only usin a white soap brand. Also, I am already supposed to be receiving Armor All and Ceramic clear coat but they are asking me if i want to "Upgrade" to use those products. When I asked management about it the said "OH, this is a special armor all and ceramic clear coat". Really???? News flash... They are using a watered down soap version and no longer use the brush that goes over the top of the car. TYhere used to be 2 soap cycles now there is only the first white soap that is watered down and no Triple Soap any more..... read more

STOP trying to charge my card!! Had not used your services in months and refuse to. Wash experience was great but Owner, brother, family members, doesn't matter who it is- should not be allowed to break anything on someone car and not be liable. To make this a short story. A brother of the owner broke my back license plate scrubbing too hard. Something very minion but he ignored it until I noticed it whn I pullrd up to vacuum. In a nutshell was told due to the fact my plate tags "Had dealership name on it" car wash Wasn't responsibilities! Ridiculous, right? Regardless of where it came from, it's the principle that I had to pay to replace something y'all broke. Take accountability for your actions . Anyway no big deal just won't come back after that wash. Called several times asking to stop the autopay. Left many voicemails- no one answered for a couple of months or calling nor have I've yet to receive a call back. Disputed charge, bank refunded money and here we are again today my card is being charged for a service that was NOT rendered. Are you serious? read more

When we went through the wash I noticed that the rolling brush that washes the hood and the top of the car wasn't working. So in reality you're only getting two thirds of a wash. The only part of the car that was getting washed was the sides. When the "wash" was finished I asked one of the attendants about this and he just kind of smirked and said we don't give refunds. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this car wash. read more

They make it impossible to cancel a membership. They tell you at the car wash that you have to cancel online. I submitted a cancellation request a month ago, no response. Calling the customer service number produces a voice message stating the line is down. I finally gave up and changed my credit card number. read more

Manager Kaitlin was wonderful & helpful. Camden was very professional and kind. Car wash was great for the price, will definitely return.

use at your own risk. if you want your vehicle to be damaged, take your chances. don't expect for them to own up to their mistakes. My mirror was completely broken off due to mechanical error on their part. I have photo proof of the damage and the fact that they were shut down for "maintenance" the week after. it's been nearly three months and I keep getting excuses for why I haven't been reimbursed for damages. read more
