The "manager" holding up the move forward sign had an off putting attitude that was evident in his face and body language. After receiving subpar express wash that allegedly included a hard wheel cleaning ( see photos), I asked them if they could clean the front tires which still had grease stains on them. For $14 I didn't feel I was in the wrong to ask. The "manager" did comply but with a nasty attitude. I'll go to the one in Raleigh where the attendant actually hand wash your tires. Maybe retrain your manager or he should work somewhere else if he doesn't like his job.

Sent an e-mail 40 minutes ago - no response. Do NOT recommend Prime Time Mobile Detailing! I will be working on getting a charge back on my $50 deposit. After posting that... drove up to Harris Teeter for some dinner fixings around 4:15. When I got back home saw a van sitting in front of the house and a guy talking to my wife on the porch. Seems he was the man from the detailing company. He apologized for the "miscommunications"and said my appointment was shown as being at 2:30. There was no "miscommunication!" I had received several texts from Prime telling me my appointment was, in fact, 12:30. I had also called them, as stated above, twice as well as emailing. The was no "miscommunication" - there was an absolute lack of communication on their part. And even if my appointment was at 2:30, it was now 4:30. I told the gentleman I would be having the work done by someone else and had already gotten my charge back from the bank.
