The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and take the time to make sure everyone understands the techniques. They're great at offering modifications when needed and really focus on proper form, which I appreciate. The gym space itself is always clean, tidy, and well-organized, and the energy in the room is consistently positive. It's clear that a lot of care goes into both the coaching and the environment.
