He raised his voice at us, rolled his eyes, tried multiple times to get out of helping us because the carseat was in a different building 2-3 minutes away. We were trapped there as we could not leave without a carseat. I tried emailing the manager Nathan Nelson about the experience but got no reply. We choose Enterprise because of their customer service but this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in terms of customer service not just car rental. I highly suggest the staff keep carseats nearby if it is that cumbersome to retrieve them or to train staff on treating all customers equally and there is no reason a family should have to wait for 8-9 customers to be serviced to avoid those customers having to wait a few minutes for a carseat to be retrieved.

Kelly was incredibly helpful and personable that I felt like we were old friends! They made it super convenient by allowing us to pick up/drop off the car in the short term parking lot. No waiting around! Not to mention I saved nearly $1000 compared to those big name rental car companies! The car was not a brand new car - it was a 2012 Chevy Impala - but it was reliable and got us from point A to point B no problem. We picked up our rental and noticed there was a noise so we went to switch out and a lady from…read morenational rental car said she could help us but wanted to drive it first. She pulled the vehicle forward about 100 feet and said she didn't hear anything but said she could switch it if it would make us feel better but it would take awhile! We wanted the switch so she went in to start the paperwork and I followed after a few minutes and over heard her on the phone in the office laughing and making fun of my husband saying she thought he had the parking break on and that that was what the noise was! When she came out of the office I told her that it wasn't the parking brake ! She stammered a little and said well I said that it could be a possibility that that was what the noise was! I asked if it would be faster to up grade and she said that it wouldn't be any faster. She told to go sit down and wait. I said I hoped it wouldn't be too long cuz we had a baby that was needing to get to bed. With in 5 minutes the guy working the national car rental desk with her came to me and said it was ready. She handed it off so she didn't have to talk to me again!! Then we get the other vehicle and my husband couldn't find it because the fob was not working right so when he asked about it a lady where you pick up the vehicle st said oh it's fine the fob does that sometimes. You just have to shut off vehicle,open the door and press fob the the push button to start it. They knowingly gave us another vehicle with something wrong!!! We dealt with it thinking it wouldn't happen all the time but it did. We finally ended up changing the battery in the fob then it worked but Alamo should have done that if they knew there were problems! Needless to I won't be renting from Alamo again due to faulty vehicles or National due to rude people!! This was rented from Mesa Gateway Airport!!

I called emergency roadside but they could not offer a timely option so I could get back to the airport to catch my flight. My only option was to replace the tire and request reimbursement per the emergency roadside assistance representative. The Budget in Fargo is non responsive to me and apparently to Budget corporate. This is unacceptable and the very worst customer service.

We picked it up last Thursday afternoon, and dropped it off early Monday morning. The guy at the desk on Thursday was Midwest nice and we sure did appreciate that the car was an easy walk out from the Terminal. We drove all around Fargo-Morehead and onward to Harvey ND and back. The car was clean and comfortable, and ran like a champ.
