Yes, you heard right. The hotel is level 3 and above while the food hall is level 1 and 2. I can't speak towards the hotel specifically, yet I do know it's pet friendly which is always a win in my book. Built in 2023, Brewhalla is relatively new which means the facility is very clean and sterile. The bathrooms are huge and near each bathroom is a nice water filter stand to fill water bottles along with complimentary cups and even dog bowls for the furry friends. Seating is massive with lots of options from small tables to high tops to long picnic benches and couches. Personally, I would recommend working here if you are a remote employee. With lots of natural light due to the large windows, you can sit in or out. It's not super packed at least on the weekdays, and feels very zen. There are various indoor plants sprinkled around the building along with twinkle lights. The vibe is both edgy and modern. There most unique shop in the hall sells miniature items. You have to see it to believe it. Another unique component is the classroom labeled Unglued which offers various art classes such as stain glass making and print making. Make sure you look online at all the food options and stores prior to arriving. There's wood fired pizza, oysters, ice cream, bars, and even a dog station with toys and treats. There's also yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, juices, and cold cereal. Coffee is available all day. The plastic silverware is laughably bad. The knife was too bendy to cut my waffle and the spoon was so sharp it cut my lip. I advise bringing your own silverware from home. The first-floor room was quiet but we could hear someone walking around upstairs in the morning. In all, a solid value.

When she came out of the office I told her that it wasn't the parking brake ! She stammered a little and said well I said that it could be a possibility that that was what the noise was! I asked if it would be faster to up grade and she said that it wouldn't be any faster. She told to go sit down and wait. I said I hoped it wouldn't be too long cuz we had a baby that was needing to get to bed. With in 5 minutes the guy working the national car rental desk with her came to me and said it was ready. She handed it off so she didn't have to talk to me again!! Then we get the other vehicle and my husband couldn't find it because the fob was not working right so when he asked about it a lady where you pick up the vehicle st said oh it's fine the fob does that sometimes. You just have to shut off vehicle,open the door and press fob the the push button to start it. They knowingly gave us another vehicle with something wrong!!! We dealt with it thinking it wouldn't happen all the time but it did. We finally ended up changing the battery in the fob then it worked but Alamo should have done that if they knew there were problems! I booked my reservation by phone and was told I had six days before arrival to cancel without penalty. When I received my confirmation email, it reflected a completely different policy. The cancellation deadline had already passed. I immediately contacted Marriott because something was clearly wrong. A Marriott supervisor opened a case and told me they would review the recorded phone call. I was also specifically told that my credit card would not be charged until the investigation was complete. That didn't happen. Instead, the hotel charged my card anyway. When I spoke with the Front Desk Manager after charging my card, she said she needed to discuss the matter with the General Manager. I requested a call from the General Manager. Rather than calling me, they sent an email stating they would keep my money because I cancelled outside the 14-day window. My case was completely disregarded. The problem has never been whether a 14-day policy exists. The problem is that I relied on information I was given when making the reservation and was later assured that no charge would be processed until the recorded call was reviewed. There was another concerning issue during booking. I was told I needed to be transferred to finalize my reservation. Instead, I was transferred into a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation. Two Marriott supervisors later confirmed that I should have been asked whether I wanted to be transferred, not told it was required to complete my reservation. What disappointed me most wasn't the cancellation fee itself. It was the lack of accountability. When a company acknowledges that an investigation is necessary, promises not to charge your card while that investigation is pending, and then charges it anyway, it sends a clear message about where the customer ranks. Mistakes happen. Businesses earn loyalty by correcting them. In my experience, this hotel chose to enforce the fee and disregard the facts. The most frustrating part wasn't losing one night's room charge. It was realizing that when Marriott's own representatives acknowledge mistakes and explain what should have happened, those acknowledgments don't necessarily translate into a fair resolution. Policies only inspire confidence if the company follows its own procedures. DO BETTER, MARRIOTT!
