They offered a Jeep Compass or Nissan Rouge for 3 full size adults, one with mobility issues, luggage and a wheelchair. There was no way we, the luggage and a wheelchair were going to fit in a Compass or a Rouge. No other action was taken, or offered, by Enterprise corporate or this location except asking if I wanted to cancel the reservation. Which I did as none of the offered options would work for our situation. Extremely poor customer service and zero help with the problem. I wish I could give a ZERO star review.

The catch is that all of these places except Avis were sold out at 9p on a Friday, and Avis wanted $60 for the same car and time I got from Alamo for 25% as much. If you have an early flight (before the 8am shuttle service starts back up), you simply park the car in Long-term parking at LAN and drop the key in a box at the airport. This drop-off system was incredibly convenient since I basically parked a few feet from LAN's check-in counters on my own schedule. Thumbs up.
