Nor did they or any other location in the Lansing area have a mini van or larger SUV. They offered a Jeep Compass or Nissan Rouge for 3 full size adults, one with mobility issues, luggage and a wheelchair. There was no way we, the luggage and a wheelchair were going to fit in a Compass or a Rouge. No other action was taken, or offered, by Enterprise corporate or this location except asking if I wanted to cancel the reservation. Which I did as none of the offered options would work for our situation. Extremely poor customer service and zero help with the problem. I wish I could give a ZERO star review.

Despite being very busy on a Saturday, these folks worked me right in (after Dian spent a lot of time on the floor in nice slacks diagnosing the problem) and "patched" up the rim so my family could safely get back home (about 200 miles away). They did not have and could not get a new rim in time for my return home, so they did what great service personnel do - they provided me with a safe, reliable short-term SOLUTION. I am not a regular customer of this dealership and had never been to this place of business in the past. They had no reason to go out of their way to help, but did so anyway. I think that this meant they could have found the problem? Anyway I said regardless I would like them to replace the alternator and Brandon said there is something on the tech recommendation to take it to the dealer. So, instead of fixing my car, they would rather just charge me for an inspection and an oil change and a new set of tires (if I said yes).
