I was explained this when I made it to Enterprise and was told that I should get rental coverage since it would also be covered and I wasn't sure if my insurance had rental coverage so I signed the agreement. A month later, they told me I had to pay more than $1500 for the rental coverage when I told them that the Enterprise representative told me I wouldn't need to pay they lowered it down to $500 and said it was a great deal to lower it down that much. I called the Honda dealership and they confirmed that I shouldn't have to pay anything and they called Enterprise and told them that. When they put the pending charge on my account they also told me that it would go away once the dealership completed their application with Enterprise. I told the dealership this the same day and they completed their application and had it accepted. I checked my credit card billing and noticed that the charge went through and they didn't drop the charge so currently this place is charging both me and the dealership for the rental car and on top of it there is a new pending charge of $500 for their (no cost to me) rental coverage.

They tried to cover a preexisting issue by putting new tires on the vehicle and not addressing the cause of the tire wear. Notonly that nothing was mentioned. I did drive it back from Fargo and you needed to roll the windows down and open it from the outside. How annoying. My sister has a friend that is super handy and works as a service advisor at a car repair shop. He experimented and googled, took door inside off and we went to NAPA as they had a door handle. He installed it and now the door locks and opens from the inside. We were able to use a mechanic shop account and also got the part cheaper. $53 later and some cash to my friend, was much cheaper than an auto repair shop. Win Win!

Yesterday there was a SNAFU with NAPA, their curbside pickup and phone system. Agitated, I left…read morewithout the items I had purchased online. Upon getting home, I emailed the office to describe the situation and my frustration. About an hour later I received a call from James at NAPA, who assured me this was a gross oversight and apologized several times. He took full responsibility, although I don't believe it was his fault. He assured me they would take steps to fix the problem and offered to have my products delivered to me as a show of good faith. He actually HAND DELIVERED the parts himself, ensuring they got to me in a timely manner. A great associate like James is a true asset to any business and thanks to him NAPA made an angry customer happy, and one who will continue to be a repeat client.
