    My college kid had my car throughout the winter in college. He said the car door doesn't open now…read morefrom the inside. I did drive it back from Fargo and you needed to roll the windows down and open it from the outside. How annoying. My sister has a friend that is super handy and works as a service advisor at a car repair shop. He experimented and googled, took door inside off and we went to NAPA as they had a door handle. He installed it and now the door locks and opens from the inside. We were able to use a mechanic shop account and also got the part cheaper. $53 later and some cash to my friend, was much cheaper than an auto repair shop. Win Win!

    Yesterday there was a SNAFU with NAPA, their curbside pickup and phone system. Agitated, I left…read morewithout the items I had purchased online. Upon getting home, I emailed the office to describe the situation and my frustration. About an hour later I received a call from James at NAPA, who assured me this was a gross oversight and apologized several times. He took full responsibility, although I don't believe it was his fault. He assured me they would take steps to fix the problem and offered to have my products delivered to me as a show of good faith. He actually HAND DELIVERED the parts himself, ensuring they got to me in a timely manner. A great associate like James is a true asset to any business and thanks to him NAPA made an angry customer happy, and one who will continue to be a repeat client. What started out to be a disaster turned out to be a fantastic experience. Thank you, James, Management and the Napa Central MN team.
