I called multiple companies looking for one to come finish the job that the first company left a mess. Ben came out and gave us a very reasonable quote to remove all of the downed trees in our yard and we hired Weems to do the work. The crew came in and worked their tails off for the half day that I paid for. My husband and I were astounded at how much they were able to get done in such a short amount of time. A year later we hired Weems again for two full days of tree cutting and brush clearing. Again, the crew busted their tails. We had owned our home for five years and I'd never seen the fence on the west side of our yard because of deferred maintenance by the previous owner. Weems gave us back so much square footage in our yard when they cleared the brush and I can now see my fence!! The crew works well together and that makes them so much more efficient. I messaged him my address, but heard nothing from this gentleman until 4 days later. During this time I had to call someone else to come and take care of the trees before they fell on my house. I would like to add that his read receipts were on as of the time that I messaged the address so I know he read the message. However, when he finally got back to me, he claimed that he had gone out of town. From a customer standpoint, a courtesy to the customer would have been to let them know you would be unable to make it, as opposed to basic no call no show.

He gave great detail about the wood, design, size and even details on materials. He is very passionate and creative in designing just the right fence for us. Definitely had some challenges on the way to include weather, labor and the wood. He told up front the timeline based on the product and then had some delays because of rain and labor issues.
