Well, considering I commute from NJ, that's pretty telling how happy I am with this practice! The…read morefront office staff is always warm and friendly and willing to try their best to squeeze me in and give me skincare samples that I beg for after every appointment. As for Dr. Saitta, I've been coming in to see him for years because I am performer and I can count on him to administer Dysport conservatively assuring that I can look my best without being expressionless. If I want more, I can always address that in a followup. I believe he interested in staying up-to-date with the latest and best dermatological medicine as he's mentioned a few times seminars or articles he has read. So I do believe he knows his stuff. However, it's his bedside manner and his character that really keep me coming back. Here are two examples: I had gone to him because an office here in NJ said I needed surgery to remove a pre-cancerous mole on my back. He perused the notes and said I should go back to that office and get the surgery done "First, because its important!" and second, to avoid the delay in switching offices, new paperwork, etc. He said it would take forever and it's better I get this done than to wait. That is the mark of someone who is more concerned with a patient than making more money. I also want to mention that, financially, I went through a very rough time during Covid because I lost all of my work. I was strapped but I needed to keep getting Dysport because I was still meeting with agents and producers. I figured I'd put my bill on my credit card. During my appointment, just in casual conversation, I had mentioned my struggles to Dr. Saitta. When I walked out and went to pay, I learned he had charged me an astronomically low fee. I couldn't believe it. I left there feeling so happy and heard. Trust me, Dr. Saitta is a gem. Talented and kind? Not easy to find in a doctor these days.

I was given a prescription by Dr. Do and told to go to Apothacary Pharmac-they take Medicare. spent 2 hours there who said they didn't. I called SINY Dermatology more than 20 times over the next 2 days. I was put on hd and hung up on. I was told to go to a Big 6 pharmacy in Queens. After another 10 phone calls, I was finally given that phone and now find it is out for delivery to the CLOSED SINY Dermatology East 76 Street office. not only do they not accept Medicare- I am forced to pay the full price and in now waiting in the cold in front of the SINY Dermatology E 65 office. This place is a scam and I don't recommend it at all.

Other times it's between 2-3 hours. And every year I say I am going to change doctors because I just can't handle the wait but I just can't and keep coming back. Yes he's that good. I could not find an alternative doctor that understands me like he does, and has the experience he has. OK, maybe the fact that he also happens to be from my hometown in Lebanon may make me a little biased, but the truth is, if he wasn't any good, I would say he wasn't. He is truly one of the best in the field, and is someone that I feel I can trust, which really helps. Sitting in the waiting room so long, I sometimes find myself talking with the other women waiting, all seem to share my opinion about Dr. Ayman being the best, and if only they could do something about the wait and shorten it a little. One even told me she changed doctors because of the long wait and then came back here because he just knows what he is doing. The other doctor she went to pales in comparison when it comes down to it. He's delivered probably hundreds of babies, and I feel that he can do it with his eyes shut (but please don't shut your eyes doctor while doing any procedure on my or any other woman). Had the wait not been so long, I would have given a full 5 stars, but I am docking you one star for the long wait. Hopefully this will improve in the future.

I called the number and the lady told me no one was there and the doctor stops seeing patients at 430. BAD FIRST IMPRESSION and not only does it look like he works out the basement of his home with biohazard boxes surrounding the stairway.

It fell on my thumb and shattered. I pulled out a piece which I saw embedded on my thumb (I'm sorry for the gory details) and thought that I'm on the rode to a smooth recovery. Three weeks later, my wound is healed, but I got a stabbing pain on my thumb everytime I try to bend it. Ugh realization hit, I still got glass inside my thumb. After telling my primary doctor what happened, she referred me to Dr. Cho. Now comes Dr. Cho. He takes the time to hear your concerns, explains the procedure, very patient with me as I freaked out (internally) and has such a calming energy. Dr. Cho has great bedside manners and his energy makes you feel at ease. Dr. Cho remained available and was so prompt with answering my questions regarding post surgery and stitch removal. His professionalism stands out! I felt so supported throughout the whole process. I definitely don't want to say I will be back because that means I got hurt again. However, if I need to get stitches, botox (when I hit the lottery) or reconstructive surgery, Dr. Cho will be my first call!

The doctor literally had her food piled up on the patient's examination table. They tried measuring my height without taking my heeled booth off (despite the fact that I asked them multiple times). They make you stand and wait to see the doctor outside her office, hearing all the sensitive information about the patient ahead of you. I just cannot believe the amount of unprofessionalism and inappropriate conduct of a healthcare office that is not cited by public health. I feel really bad for anyone still receiving services here. How are they even open? How hasn't anybody filed a lawsuit against this private practice office?

The first time we came and learned that their computer failed so all appointments were canceled. Next time we came and there was an equipment malfunction so again, all appointments were canceled. Total loss of time. If they don't know, some people are actually working and have to take a leave from the job to see the doctor. Also, they have a smallest waiting area I ever saw. It's a very small space outside the office right between two doors and you cannot even see a receptionist from there. It's like they do not let you in and makes you wait outside hiding behind the closed second door. Apparently, patients are not good enough or noble enough to stay in one room with office stuff.
