Now knowing at 96 years old and somewhat failing health i checked into what services they had purchased. Upon conversation's with Amanda i was told everything, absolutely everything will be raken care of at no additional charge. Upon further investigation on Amanda's part she found that my parents had purchased "high end" things that aren't available today. She said that i would recieve a rebate on top of the excellent services that my family received. He took action and arranged to have her immediately transferred to Harrisburg even though it was in the middle of a snowstorm. From that first contact until her ashes were handed to me, every aspect of care was handled in a totally professional and caring manner. You can feel the non corporate feeling of days gone by, which is very important at times like this. The grave digger was very accommodating and did his work with heart. He was willing to work and place our memorial as soon as it was ready and he has the capacity to place it in any weather within reason. He responded to phone calls in a timely manor if he was unavailable, but most of the time he answered it on the spot. He had compassion towards us every step of the way. He forwarded a picture of the completed work of placing the memorial as soon as it was done. I would highly recommend this cemetery.
