Also, my mom was to be cremated in something specific, and even though I was not there physically, Mr. Chas made me feel as if everything I requested was completed. As far as pricing. VERY REASONABLE. Cremation, Urn, Shipping, D.C & all paperwork were less than 2400! I couldn't beat it as places around the area were charging more and would have to transport her body to a crematory. This place is a one-stop caring shop. You can feel the non corporate feeling of days gone by, which is very important at times like this. The grave digger was very accommodating and did his work with heart. He was willing to work and place our memorial as soon as it was ready and he has the capacity to place it in any weather within reason. He responded to phone calls in a timely manor if he was unavailable, but most of the time he answered it on the spot. He had compassion towards us every step of the way.
