Like some other families, mine had drama after death so the cremation took some time to complete, but Mr. Chad was patient. He actually kept me calm through the whole thing. Also, my mom was to be cremated in something specific, and even though I was not there physically, Mr. Chas made me feel as if everything I requested was completed. As far as pricing. VERY REASONABLE. Cremation, Urn, Shipping, D.C & all paperwork were less than 2400! I couldn't beat it as places around the area were charging more and would have to transport her body to a crematory. This place is a one-stop caring shop. He was willing to work and place our memorial as soon as it was ready and he has the capacity to place it in any weather within reason.
