Afterwards, Luis promptly sent the estimate document via text message and provided samples. Once we accepted and chose our roofing material, LCG started work when they said they would. Working to their estimate, LCG removed our old roof, replaced damaged plywood, and installed new roofing and skylights. They were careful and professional throughout. In particular, their clean-up each day was exceptional: it was by far the best of the 3 different roofing jobs I've been involved with in the past few years. Inspection reports and invoices were also conveniently sent by text. Luis kept us informed throughout via text and responded quickly to queries. There were no surprises in the final bill. In our case, he said addressing indoor temperature and humidity issues with an HVAC company should take care of the problem.
