He then took the cover off and showed me the shredded plastic pieces. He had the replacement part in his truck, and didn't have to leave to get anything. I could tell by the way he worked that he really knew what he was doing. He also showed me metal joints on the door that were broken most of the way through. Rick stopped by later that same afternoon, gave a quote and scheduled repair for the following day. The next day they showed up exactly as promised, replaced the broken spring assembly, and charged me under the amount originally quoted.
