However, there appear to be several people working in the front office who answer calls and provide consultations, and I repeatedly received different information depending on who I spoke with. I was given conflicting information regarding office hours, shipping timelines, product availability, and the availability of the nurse practitioner. Most recently, I purchased a round of products and was told three different things by three different staff members regarding my order. The conflicting information ultimately delayed my shipment. When I brought my concerns to their attention, the response seemed empathetic on the surface, but there was very little accountability for the fact that I had made decisions based on information their staff provided to me. My biggest advice to anyone considering working with Core IV Therapy is this: get everything in writing. Write down who you spoke with, the date, and exactly what you were told. If something is important regarding your order, shipping, appointment, or availability, ask them to confirm it by text or email.
