You check-in with your QR code that you received via text, show your ID, and then they confirm your basic information. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which I appreciated! I also liked that they had strict social distancing practices set in place. For anyone who is a little nervous about the testing, Sameday didn't ram up the Q-tip and poked any part of the brain; it was a little uncomfortable, but they made it as 'comfortable' as possible by counting the number of rotations for the swab and answering any and all questions. She is the most disingenuous individual I have ever seen at a retail establishment. The first day my wife and I went for an orientation, we asked many medical related questions since my wife is in the medical field. We asked questions around the hyperbaric chamber, cryo, and what their safety protocols were around potential health emergencies. She became frustrated and from then on has given us nothing but a negative attitude. We have been there three times and every visit there has been an issue. This location is poorly managed and if you bring up an issue and seek resolution, all you get is excuses and defensive toned hyperbole. Today, we both went for IV thereapy and had submitted our required paperwork prior to our visit. I had a 60 min facial before my IV so the nurses had 36 hours to review and ask any questions but it wasn't reviewed until 90 min after my arrival. After waiting 30 min after my appointment time, I was informed that the NP who oversees the medical staff put out a new policy less than a week ago that says anyone who has had cardiac care has to have their cardiologist sign a release form. I pointed out to the RN that it was noon on Friday so the odds of my cardiologist getting the form, reviewing, and signing/returning it were slim to none. I had a stent put in 3 years ago and that is my only " cardiac" related event. I explained I had a full physical with cardiac clearance prior to my 10/2/25 shoulder surgery which was extremely more indepth than what the form was asking for but the nurse wouldn't accept that documentation. I left while my wife stayed for her treatment. When I came back I sat in the lobby for ten min on my phone then asked the individual with the attitude why we were required to submit paperwork prior to our treatments but they aren't reviewed until the visit time so if there were any issues we have time to resolve them. She said she would get a nurse to come and answer my questions. That was the extent of my interaction with that individual. 10 min later my wife came out with the nurse I had previously had a conversation with. We sat in the lobby discussing the challenges and how best to resolve them. The individual at the front desk was acting strange and kept getting up to go outside, which was odd, since it was 8 degrees outside. About 10 min into my conversation with the RN, the individual came back in with an officer from the local PD. I asked him if he was called there and he answered in the affirmative. When I asked him what the call for service was he said it was because I was being disorderly. I told him and the nurse I had been a deputy sheriff for a dozen years and nothing I had said or done constituted anything remotely close to discon based on VA statutes. Once the nurse and I finished I let her know that this individual calling LE and filing a false call for service was a crime. I contacted the city attorney's office and filed a FOIA request for all audio and written documentation regarding the incident. Once I receive it, I will follow up with the corporate office regarding their employee. There are also video cameras in the lobby area so that, along with 4 other clients present, will prove this person is once again lying and has a personal agenda. Lastly, this individual is black, I am white, my wife Latina, and the first time we visited I had on my CBP hat. Her words and actions demonstrate she is overtly racist and anti- government. Today, she allowed another black individual who walked in with no appointment to jump in front of my wife for a therapy treatment she had an appointment for. My wife confronted her and she refused to discuss it other than admitting she did allow the guy in front of my wife. This individual has no business working in a public facing position and her continual harassment and negative behavior towards paying customers is completely unacceptable but apparently allowed. The nurses state they are overworked and many issues with scheduling and treatments continue to exist. The business is expensive and yet customers are lied to and treated disrespectfully. It is marketed as a place of wellness but it is nothing but a viper pit of dishonesty, racial prejudice, scheduling nightmares, and complete lack of respect for clients. If you want to know who this individual is, her picture is on the wall across from the reception desk, on the far right. Save yourself money and infinite frustration and take your business elsewhere.

My mother and I went to Core IV Therapy in Herndon VA, and everything was a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE…read more I absolutely loved coming to their facility. The lobby was so organized and had comfortable couches. Sydney, who checked us in, was extremely professional, informative, and friendly. She took the time to ask us all the proper questions to make sure we picked the best drips/shots. Sydney mentioned how her personal journey with shots/ drips helped her loose over 50 lbs and feels the best she has ever had! It meant so much to hear someone personal experience. Sergio introduced himself and brought us to the room to do all the injections. The room was extremely clean. Sergio was so patient with me since I'm not the biggest fan of shots, however it was quick and painless. Since my mother was doing a drip, Sergio took us to their relaxing lounge to wait in. The room was filled with so many comfortable seats where we can put our feet up. There are refreshments and calming music to enjoy. Sandy came in to introduce herself and ask how our experience is going. Sandy has such a welcoming, friendly energy where we all just connected so well. I feel like I could tell her anything without being judged. She shared her personal experience with her health struggles and what treatments worked really well. I asked her so many questions on certain diet, supplements, and peptides I was interested in. She took the time to answer everything with giving feedback and better choices when needed. My mother and I really enjoyed our conversation together that we almost forgot another 30 minutes went by. I can't explain enough that it is so refreshing to have such genuine conversations with everyone being so excited to share their own health journey. As we were walking out, Ginger, who is the owner, came out to thank us for coming in. She was so sweet and so appreciative over our business. I began to tell Ginger how excited I am to come back and make this a monthly visit. Ginger welcomed me to email her about more details on the health struggles I've been facing for YEARS. Not only did Ginger response so quick, but you can tell she has such passion with helping everyone. She took the time to work with me one on one to craft a routine that I have confidence in. I can truly tell that her business is such a blessing in this community and couldn't recommend coming enough. I feel like I'm on cloud 9 after leaving and so educated. Next month I will be signing up for their membership which has insane amount of perks and discounts. Ensuring me that my money and body/mind is taken care of. I have been to similar business in the past where it felt so transactional with half of the perks and I paid more at! My mother and I will now have this be a monthly routine of enjoying all the benefits that Core IV Therapy in Herndon, VA has to offer. I feel so supported and thankful to have experience this amazing business. Do yourself and body a favor and come see the amazing people at Core IV Therapy.

Here is the person we will be talking about. https://coreivtherapy.com/about-us/meet-the-team/ During our consultation, she offered a discount as incentive, if I paid for all of these treatments right then, which I decided to do. Ginger acted polite and cordial throughout the consultation (because she wanted my money). As it turns out, I would be in for a big surprise (more on that later). I made the following 5 appointments: 1. Cleanse & Detox 2. MAH Ozone 3. EBOO and NAD+ Package 4. EBOO and NAD+ Package 5. EBOO and NAD+ Package The facility is very clean and neat. For the first appointment, Patricia did the infusions. Sergio did the infusions for the second appointment. Patricia and Sergio were very polite and professional so no complaints there. During the consultation I was told that I would feel better overall after the first two appointments. After the first two appointments I didn't feel different at all. Since the last 3 appointments were by far the most expensive, I figured I should just cancel those appointments. I called and cancelled those last three appointments 12 days before the third overall appointment. The receptionist wanted me to speak with Ginger, but I didn't want to speak with her because I know she's going to try to convince me to keep those appointments. I just wanted a refund and that's it. Since cancelling the appointment, I called and left a voicemail with their AI answering system so I could give them my credit card information. I did not receive a call back. I sent a total of three emails to Ginger through their website requesting a refund and mentioning that nobody had called me back. Ginger never replied to any of these emails. I also replied to one of their text messages stating that I emailed Ginger about requesting a refund and that nobody called me back. I never received a reply back to this text message. So, I had no choice but to take her to a small claims court (Fairfax County General District Court). I did not want to go through all of this trouble but I had no choice. I gave her plenty of time to reply to my inquiries and she made a choice not to do so. At the hearing, Ginger put on quite a show. She knew she didn't have a case so she had to pretend like she did. I listened to her make claims to the judge that were simply not true. For example, she claimed that the receptionist called me back. This is not true. This is called perjury. Ginger also claimed that she reached out to me saying she would give me a refund. This was not true either. This is yet another count of perjury. If she had reach out to me, this issue might have been resolved then I wouldn't have gone through all the trouble of taking her to court. Makes sense right? She also claimed that she has been out of the office and that she hasn't recovered yet. Recovered from what? So, she has been out of the office for a month? That's why she didn't reply to me? That's very hard to believe. She complained about having to take time off of work. Well, that can happen if you choose to withhold money that should rightfully be returned to one of your own customers. During all of these false allegations, Ginger looked at me with utter disdain. Everybody in the courtroom could see her for what she really is. She also claimed that she had signs saying "no refunds." So, if one of your own customers changes their mind and decides to cancel their appointments, you have no intention of giving them a refund like you should? What makes you think that this is ok? How could you feel good about keeping money for services that were never rendered if the customer decides to cancel their appointments? This is a major ethical matter and I think it says a lot about Ginger. Here is something that everybody should know. The judge said that posting signs saying "no refund" is not legally binding and that the refund policy must be in writing and signed by both parties. Since there was not a contract that was signed, the judge ruled in my favor. I did not get the entire amount that I was seeking which was over $3,000 because Ginger said that the discount I was given only applies if all treatments were done, so the judge subtracted the discounts I received for the first two appointments from the amount that I was seeking for the last three appointments. In the end, I ended up getting over $2,800 back. I had to call my credit card company and file a chargeback and I offered the court judgement as proof to back up my claim. In the end I was able to recover a good amount of the last three appointments plus $64 in court fees/costs. In fact, here is a copy of the judgement right here: If she hadn't been so greedy, all of this trouble could have been avoided.

0 Stars - Unsafe, Dishonest, and Predatory Practices…read more PureDropIV is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If you care about your health, your money, or even basic honesty, stay far away. The treatments themselves were physically damaging. One nurse attempted to insert an IV in my hand and left me with a massive, painful bruise and swelling that took weeks to heal. After I complained, they sent another nurse, supposedly to "make things right." At first, it seemed okay--but then I developed an even worse bruise on my arm, with blood pooled under the skin. It was extremely painful and again took weeks to go away. These were not small marks; these were serious injuries that should never happen in a professional medical service. Because of this repeated harm, I placed my membership on hold. I followed every step they required--emailed when told, and received a text confirmation on June 4 that my membership was paused. I keep all my emails, and I can state without question: PureDropIV never emailed me about a time limit on the pause, never emailed me about its duration, and never emailed me anything about my membership at all. Later, when I challenged them, they tried to claim otherwise. That is simply false. Even with the confirmed hold, PureDropIV still charged me $499 on August 11, 2025. To make matters worse, they continue sending automated reminders to schedule treatments as if nothing ever happened. This is not only sloppy--it's dishonest and predatory. So here's the truth: PureDropIV caused me painful physical injuries, lied about their communications, and billed me when my membership was confirmed as on hold. That combination makes them unsafe, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Do not risk your health, your money, or your peace of mind. Stay far away from this company.
