I always like coming here for their new drinks. I definitely can't skip out on their Popmart collab. We went after dinner last night and were able to snatch their last Twinkle Twinkle pin. The collab drink is Tiramisu milk tea. The milk tea flavor is strong. The tiramisu part doesn't stand out as much. The popmart collab is definitely very popular. I waited one hour for my milk tea. They said they are waiting for another delivery of the pins. If you are looking for the collab pin, do check with them often.

My friend and I both wanted to try this tea spot and went on a weeknight evening. There was no one in line, and we got our drinks quickly. I got the Mango Boom and didn't find the drink to be incredibly delicious for its cost. There wasn't anything too special about it. I would like to try some of their other drinks, but given the vast number of bubble tea shops around Vancouver, I'm not in a hurry to come back.

This is my current obsession! As a bubble tea fanatic, HeyTea is the perfect balance of quality and taste for me. It is fresh, uses real fruit, and high quality teas. I love their fruit series, there are lots of fresh fruit options like mango (my personal favourite) and grape. I always get it with less ice and minimal sugar, it's the sweet spot for me. It is a higher tier bubble tea spot in terms of pricing and ingredient quality, $9-$10/drink. Toppings are extra but a lot of drinks on the menu already come with preselected toppings. I think it's worth the occasional treat. The mango grapefruit boom is what I got this time: it's sweet from the blended mango and has good chunks in there, real grapefruit on top, I enjoy the occasional sour burst, and sago and jelly at the bottom. I actually went to their Richmond location this time on a Wednesday evening before dinner time. Found parking out front easily, normally the plaza is packed. Ordered and got my drink in hand in less than 10 minutes. Minimal seating at this location.

Tucked away in a corner at Crystal Mall, this trendy tea shop had many items available on its menu. We chose the Mango Grapefruit Boom; less ice, half sweet. The shreds of grapefruit on top were delicious and added a lot of flavour to each sip once mixed in. The service was quick and the place was very clean. There wasn't anywhere to sit, and was more of a place to grab and go.

Tea & Cheese Foam Lovers, this one's for you! This tea shop is famous for their unique Chinese tea and cheese foam combo, and trust me, together they make an amazing drink! Their menu also features fresh fruit, milk-based drinks, and tons of toppings--all made with real milk and tea, plus a sugar-free option for a lower calorie treat. No artificial ingredients here! Here's what I tried: Coconut Mango Boom - $7.99Goes heavy on the fresh mango, sago, and coconut milk. ; my favourite drink. It was delicious and unique Cheese Grape Boom - $9.99Their most popular drink with over 150 million sold! Super refreshing, and that salty, creamy cheese foam is just. ; very unique drink but only if you like grapes Supreme Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea - $9.99 Classic with a rich brown sugar flavor and chewy boba. ; delicious but nothing unique Drinks Service 2.5/5 Parking 2.5/5 (I went on a Sunday)

Very popular boba chain in China! I know theres a location opening from where I'm from (San Gabriel Valley) but am anticipating long lines. So I had to try it in Canada where to my surprise, there was no one waiting. Although there was no one else waiting, it still took a while to get 2 drinks...around ~15 minutes. However, to my delight the drinks were pretty good! The texture was silky and the boba had a great taste. However it is more of a milk drink rather than tea

This was a favorite of ours since we first tried their teas in Singapore. Only natural or fresh ingredients were used. This location in Burnaby was located inside the Crystal Mall. It took us longer to park than it was to order and get our teas. The helpful overhead monitors tracked the status of every order which was so much better than the other tea place we visited earlier on this trip. We knew exactly when our order was ready. We got our drinks to go. Passion Fruit Mango Blast was yummy with nice slushy consistency and distinct fruity flavors. This has been our go to drink now across four countries! Brown Sugar Boba Milk tea was quite good where one could actually taste the tea instead of being overwhelmed. In addition, the boba also had a sweetness to it like it was soaked in syrup instead of just water. Regular sweetness level was perfect. Happy with all choices.

We stopped by near closing time and they had ran out of tea. I ended up ordering a mango drink with water instead and it was alright. They were still busy making orders despite running out of tea.

Pretty decent fruit teas, not your typical bubble tea. Tastes healthier although I'm not sure how true that is. On the pricy end, but honestly all bubble tea/fruit teas are quite expensive these days so you might as well get some real fruit. I recommend half sweet for all the drinks, and I got regular ice because they were sort of like slushies. **Mango Grapefruit Sago ($8.99): I really liked the generous amounts of sago and grapefruit chunks! Nice creamy texture, good mixture of all the toppings (you won't run out of sago before you're done with the drink). This is my second time getting it, probably my fave drink here. Very Mulberry Heytea ($8.99): This was recommended as a highly popular item, but I'm personally not a fan. It's a dark purple colour, tastes just like grape to me. I don't really like grape generally. Nice slush texture, similar to the mango one. Pure Regal Aqua Green Jasmine Tea ($4.99): Just a regular ol' jasmine tea. Super light and refreshing for a palate cleanser. No where to sit! Take-out only. You can walk around Crystal Mall or go up to the food court. I came on a Wednesday around 5:30pm, and the wait was about 10min. I saw that they have a QR code if you want to order online.

I heard this was a very popular Tea brand from China and decided to try it out. The tea flavour was good, but the grape flavour was definitely overpowering (Maybe it was the 50% sugar). I feel like this isn't anything too special from the other bubble tea places in Vancouver. The grape chunks were a nice touch though. Service was good. The person taking my order at the counter was nice and accomodating

Pricey bubble tea shop by the parkade entrance at Crystal Mall. This chain is based in China, not Taiwan. Parking is available underneath the mall. Staff are friendly. Place looks nice and clean. Bright white theme. Reminds me a bit of a spaceship. As mentioned, the bubble tea here costs a bit more than the competition. It's up there with beer at a local pub. Something to keep in mind. The bubble teas all use real fruit, which is part of the premium. There were lots of berry chunks in my drink. Worth checking out if one doesn't mind spending a few bucks.

I tried the mango and grape drinks and was pleasantly surprised! I got no sugar for the mango and least sugar for the grape drink and for me this was a good sweetness level. The drinks were really refreshing and tastes quite fresh and high quality. I like how there are chunks of fruit in both the drinks. This location is located inside crystal mall. You can also order via an app on the phone. My only complaint here is that the drinks take a while to make.

I get the hype now!! Hey tea was soooo delicious! Got the Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea (50 sugar, 50 ice $8.99) and the Coconut Mango Boom Tea (50 sugar, 50 ice $7.99) and they were both SO good! Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea: the pearls had a strong brown sugar taste to it, and was nice and warm, and it contrasted the cold milk tea soooo nicely! Also love how the milk tea had a really strong tea taste and was not too sweet since the pearls were already more on the sweet side! Coconut Mango Boom Tea: so refreshing and perfect on a hot summer day!! Loved the diff textures in it with the sago, mango pieces and the coconut milk!! Definitely a little pricey but worth the treat from time to time!

I've had Macu Tea at their Pasadena/LA location, and the mangoes there were bland. But here at the Robson spot, I ordered the King of Mango, and it was absolutely delicious. It was super refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. The drink only comes in one size, but it was perfect for two people to share, packed with mango goodness and all the toppings. Half of the store is actually used for mango inventory storage, which tells you how serious they are about their fruit. There are only two tables, and we were lucky to snag one so most people take their drinks to go. The line does get pretty long, and while they have one self-order kiosk, they could really use a second one. They also have a register, but that person seemed mostly focused on making drinks rather than taking orders.

It's been there for a while so starting to look a bit dated. Doing good business on a Saturday night, although we didn't have to wait for a table. We were not super hungry so just went for drinks and appetizers. They have a pretty sizable sweet drinks menu, with a lot of choices for toppings. I got the melon slush with half sugar. It was plenty sweet, and has the nice honeydew melon taste. For appetizers, we got the Taiwanese style chicken nuggets, and a mixed plate of braised meat and proteins. The chicken nuggets taste as expected, got good flavor, and was tender and not dry. For the braised plate, we got sliced pig ear, fish cake and sliced beef shank. I liked the flavors, and the beef shank was tender. Overall two drinks with two appetizer was like $43 before tips, so not expensive. Solid place to go for some inexpensive Taiwanese food and sweet drinks.
