We replaced old and tired landscaping in the front with beautiful ( never have to mulch again) with rocks, trimmed back all the old growth and installed a giant boulder bubbler fountain. Ryan and his business partner did all the work themselves, did not subcontract out the work. Then we worked on the back yard and transformed it into a usable space with walkways and stairs.
