I had Nashscapes do an install a few weeks ago. The owner, Maggie, put together a design for me…read morethat I love. She has a great eye and paid attention to my feedback and used it to create something I love looking at everyday when I get home from work. I was on the calendar waiting my turn and they were pretty much on time- which is crazy for a landscaping company during peak season. The last few times I had landscaping done (with a different company) they kept postponing the install and it was several weeks later than originally planned. That company did a great job with the install but their planning and customer service were lacking. But not with Nashscapes. They plan very well. It was a two day job. They pulled all my weeds and installed dozens of perennial plants. Then finished it off with some mulch. They hauled away my old, ugly planters that were filled with dirt. They added amendments to my soil to help my plants grow. I'm thrilled with the outcome and even happier with the customer service. It's very hard to find a company that provides a great service and great customer service. I recently had them come back out to stake up a fruit tree that was leaning too much and they'll be back again to put my blackberries on a beautiful trellis. In the Fall, I'm planning to have them install some evergreens as a privacy screen. I've definitely found the company that I want to work with to make my backyard the magical place I want it to be. I highly suggest you try Nashscapes if you're looking to make your yard more attractive. They also offer maintenance and lawn service.

My neighbors hired this new company. They are a group of non-English speakers with a white owner…read morestanding around overseeing. The first time they stopped by was to turn off the backflow which they stood over and messed around with for quite some time before they went to the main water and began hammering the valve which is not even connected to the irrigation because it has its own. The next time they came over was to blow out the irrigation and they appeared to be trying it for the first time. After they did, my toilet began running, so I went out and saw they were at MY water valve which is clearly on MY side which has a line of bricks separating our properties. Third time was for mowing / blowing. Found two of these guys far over on my lawn just hanging out. Went out and asked them to move over onto my neighbors property and stay off mine while I motioned with my arms to move over. THEY STOOD THERE AND REFUSED TO MOVE. I said it again and went down to show them the line of bricks separating my house from the neighbors which was 8 feet over AND not to mention I have grass and they have mulch. Finally the white guy slave owner came over and I asked him to control his men. Honestly, why on earth would a new company not care about their presentation to other neighbors. They could have gotten me as a client - but not after this. And not for three of my neighbors who stopped by and said they saw the workers way over on my lawn and they saw me ask them to move and they saw the men refuse. They were shocked. Another unlicensed TN business owner trying to capitalize on TN lax laws that do not require licensing for. Probably did a rebranding / name change due to previously poor reviews because Scapes is new around town.
