Had a terrible experience at this print shop. Caught the employee on a bad week I have never received such bad service. Called to get a shirt screen printed 4 days prior to halloween to wear to a halloween party. Was told it would be done by Thursday. I drive to the print shop Thursday 20 minutes before 7pm. The shop hours says it closes at 7pm but was closed earlier. Get to the place at 12pm Friday morning the next day to pick it up. The guy says my shirt isn't ready and would take about 20 to 30 minutes. So I sit in my car to wait and then minutes pass by he says it's ready. I get to the shop and see that the design in printed backwards on the shirt it looked terrible.. the color bleeds bleed on the shirt it did not look good. Then I leave the shop to sit in my car with $50 dollars spent on a shirt thats printed wrong.. he comes out to say that it would take 3 hours because he would have to do the design on the screen print all over again. Told him I can't drive back because I have a lot of errands to run. Says the shirt would be sent later on. Its 5pm employee says he's on his way to drop it off. Send a photo of the shirt.. looks terrible I said I dont want it. So I spent $50 dollars.. im left with no shirt, no refund, nothing.. terrible terrible service. read more

I messaged Johnny, the store owner, and he replied within 30 minutes with quotes, how long it would take to get it done, and asked about designs. I met up with him within the next few days to talk about the overall design and how I wanted it positioned on the shirts. He explained everything in great detail and went over the prices for small detailing such as metallic and glitter colors.
