I got a response back the next day (showed it was from the owner) simply stating "Unable to service - I'm booked for this time." Again, my request for quote stated that my time was flexible. I responded back, "Booked for what time period? I didn't specify a date nor window. I have a 3 month window in which to move." I never heard back. That was the end of March. I do not recommend this business. Apparently they are either not hurting for business or new customers or are just horrible at their customer service.

They arrived on time, were prepared for the job and worked carefully but efficiently to move my parents' belongings. They showed such respect for my parents' possessions - fine art, antiques, and fine furniture. Everything was moved carefully but quickly from the old place to the new. These guys don't mess around!
