(He told us this after he had already replaced it, with out giving us the price... even though I asked for a price several times.) They also created a buzzing noise and explained "it's not bad, just annoying " and left it this way. A month later I got a bill for $1.5k not far off from the cost of replacing it all together. Now I have to pay someone else to come out because I dont trust that they did the job correctly.
