NEVER received a reply from him or whoever answers the phone at the "office". Finally received a call from one of his minions on 24 October. The person stated he was asked by Bryce to call us and say that he cannot do the job. Now, after three months, we have to find another company.

They were timely, their employees worked extremely hard and fast even it very hot weather. They cleaned up well. The roofs looked great when they were done. In March of 2025 I needed a satellite dish removed from the roof. I called Scott because I didn't want the internet provider removing it. Scott sent one of their guys out (at no cost). He removed the dish, repair the spot with caulk and new shingles instead of just spreading a little caulk in the holes. I highly recommend Osmus Roofing!!

Our budget was tight and I appreciated that he made a miracle out of them. Gave them life again! Eric is very responsive and reliable. The job took longer than anticipated, but luckily we weren't in a rush and it wasn't a big deal for me. I rather have someone skilled and who pays attention to detail than someone quick and in a hurry to just get the job done. I'm going to ask him to come back in the Spring and paint the exterior of the home after our roof and siding is replaced. I hope he enjoyed working with me as much as I did with him.

Came over, did a walk through of the house with us as we explained everything we were looking for. He explained he was a little short staffed and could have "some of his guys" come over to prep for a week and then could come by a week later. Fast forward, it's his 2 kids that are coming to prep the house... okay that's fine but there was never a set schedule. We would tell him to come by at 8, and it would be closer to 11 every day until they finally showed up... When it come to painting, we asked him if he could finish all of the painting in 3 days. HIS EXACT RESPONSE WAS "yes absolutely." So we decided we would just book a hotel and give him the whole weekend to knock it out. Yeah, 6 days later it was finally done. Noted, we asked for the same color on all the walls and ceiling. No accent walls or anything crazy. When it finally came to Eric being done, I've never been so disappointed. 1. There were areas of the home not even completed!!!! My husband had to go back through and basically repaint parts of the bathroom. The paint is also now peeling off the walls... 2. THE DRIER WAS BENT! We literally just bought it the day they were prepping, so it was brand new!! Hadn't been used yet, so very clearly was dented from them denting it. 3. Over spray everywhere. I don't expect it to be immaculate, but at the same time we had to scrub every corner of the house to get the excess paint off the counters and floors. Anytime you try to question he blames it on "being short staffed." HOLD YOUR CHILDREN ACCOUNTABLE THEN. Also, they aren't the ones that painted the house so that's on you... if you are too short staffed (just like the rest of America) then take some damn ownership and say you can't handle taking the job on. Now that my husband has touched up everything, it looks "decent," despite the fact that I still have a dented drier..."
