I contacted Better Fix by texting them and they responded within a short time. During our texting, we scheduled a job to reinstall a climbing wall piece for my cats that had come out of the wall after 2 years. Chris came at the very start of our window of arrival time and was very polite and professional. He got the job done super quickly, in about 15 minutes. He also found a better place to attach the climbing shelve, locating the stud that the handyman who first installed it must have neglected to use, for more security. My wife and I were looking at putting up a headboard using 6 inch wide by 6 foot boards across our wall vertically in our bedroom. A relative told us what wood to buy and paint.
