I brought it in to exchange and the owner was incredibly rude to me. I had found the same board on the shelf, but it also had an issue with the glue not being secure and the board wiggling. I was hoping to get a price match on a different board due to the inconvience, but the owner instead scolded me, told me she has sold a million of these with no issue, and insisted I took it. Here is the glue obviously splitting, sure to break soon. (Taken right after the encounter) | will not be coming back to KK's due to the disrespect I was treated with. I don't know where they get their "fake" flowers, but they are not the cheap Hob Lob kind. People always think my flowers are real!! Love this place!!
