The driver, Ora, made it to us in a very timely manner. He loaded up my bike, secured it very well, and delivered it to Route 66 HD for the repair. His professionalism was greatly appreciated, and certainly saved my trip from being ruined. I would definitely recommend them for a tow, for a bike or a car.

I got them recorded telling me where they towed it from and honestly I don't blame them. all I did was ask them for the photos of where they towed my car from and they have done nothing but give me the run around. they could easily wipe their hands of it if they did nothing wrong with proof of pre tow pictures. they refused so I have to assume their insurance is liable. as well as the company for trying to protect their contract with the apartment complex. got the apartment on video lying as well and now they are just pointing the finger at each other and nothing telling me that it's the other one's fault . either way I'm suing away on this one and they can fight it out in court. if anyone has had similar experiences please get back with me so we can add to it.
