They use low quality tint materials, tint material had a brown tone to it that did not look right. I wanted a refund and tint removed. Spoke to the manager Mario, so unprofessional, extremely rude, did not want to refund me my money at all. Expected me to pay for a removal of tint he says the tint has already been used when just had it installed a week ago. Had no resolution to the problem. I saw them often as I would drive around my neighborhood. So I just walked walked in without an appointment. I asked Kevin about darkening my two front passenger side windows and he quoted me the same price that everyone else did. Since he was close to my house, nice and knowledgeable, I decided to give him my business. They took my car back the same day and was done in 45mins. I have no regrets!!! My windows turned out perfect! I'm now saving up to get the windshield tinted and I'm going back to them. Had my Jeep tinted here. Mainly out of convenience as I work at the Home Depot across the street. In my opinion he did a half assed job. There are many contaminates under the film. Also, the film was cut sloppy, my 4 year old daughter can cut straighter lines than that. Note to self: you get what you pay for. read more

I arrived to my appointment a bit early, but I sent a text letting the rep know I was outside. He thought my appointment was for 2. I had to send a screenshot of my appointment confirmation. He was running late due to getting a flat tire. I'm a patient woman, so I was willing to wait a little longer. Before I could text back, he offered me a 20% discount for the inconvenience. When I pulled in, the tech went through everything with me and escorted me to the waiting area. I was offered water, coffee and even a movie. The waiting area was COVID-19 prepped. There was sanitizer, gloves and masks! It was touch and go initially, but I'm pleased with the outcome. read more

Not only are they extremely professional but the shop is a class act!  I was quoted 100 dollars on the phone and when it was time to pay he only charged me $80. The tint job was computer cut so It actually came out better then the one previously done at the dealer... The owner treated my parents like his own! My senior parents recently got a used car that they love, but the windows were tinted too dark by the previous owner and it was basically dangerous for them to see. I searched and found Hi Def Window Tints. After talking to them and other places, we decided on this business and so glad we did. I was just in town visiting so on my last day in Florida I drove my parents to Hi Def so they would know where to go to get the windows done (lightened). They went to Hi Def a week later and then called me to brag on the job done. The windows are great and my parents were treated so very nicely! I called ahead of time and asked about their $99 tint special for my car. They said that yes they can do do it for $99. When I got there they quoted me a different price of $139. As a business they should have more respect for customers and if they are promoting a certain price and the customer calls ahead of time they should honor the price that was stated. Just had my ford done there today, was skeptical when I read the negative review but decided to check it out myself, when I pulled up theyre doing a porche and it was looking good, im extremely picky with my tint, decided to get my truck done. Came out nicee, best bang for the buck window tint. He doesent play games and try to upcharge you if you want a certain percentage. The Bible says whatever you do, do it as if you are doing it for the Lord, I seen what that looks like here. read more
