They arrived to replace the windshield…read moreand after removing the windshield advised they brought the wrong windshield for the repair and would have a manager contact me that day to reschedule. They placed the broken windshield back onto the vehicle without resealing it on. They also advised I would have to pay an additional $150 for the repair to come back to which I had to argue with them about and contact the manager to reschedule and dispute the additional cost to come back out. That day there was heavy rain causing significant water damage. We had to call multiple times to reach a manager to advise of the situation and set up an appointment. Upon a technician arriving the following day they advised that they did not have the windshield in the truck for the repair and a manager will contact me to reschedule Upon not being contacted i had to call myself to speak with a manager for a third time to reschedule again. I was then on the phone and on hold for over an hour just to speak with the manager to try and resolve the issue. I then drove to the location while still on hold for over an hour to be advised the manager is busy at lunch. After waiting for the manager while still on hold, he arranged to have someone redirected to my residence to do the repair. Upon completion the tech advised there was no damage to the vehicles, the rugs and the seats being went and smelling due to getting wet was not damage and advised us to speak with the manager. I wish I read the countless bad reviews and one star complaints on this location prior to setting up the appointment. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable business practices.

Upon arriving I went to the back and watch them while installing her new radio and speakers in her 2016 Black Cadillac SRX was very impressed and inquired about an upgrade to my current radio in my 2016 Gray Hyundai Accent. The guy convenience me to sign up for their finance program (SNAP Finance) which I did and was approved for $3300.00. I set up an appointment to come back on 01/01/2022(Saturday). I left Melissa Ortiz there and proceeded home, after talking to my mom and just leasing my own apartment she recommended that I wait until I'm more financially stable to take on another bill. I called back to Audio Tint Pros and talked to the gentlemen, he informed me to call SNAP Finance to cancel, which I did so and they(SNAP) informed me that Audio Tint Pros said the equipment was installed in my car, I owe them over $3500.00 and which the contract couldn't be cancelled. I called Audio Tint Pros back informing them what SNAP said, he then said the equipment was installed in your car the 2016 Black Cadillac SRX. I informed him that we both know I don't own the 2016 Black Cadillac SRX, Melissa Ortiz owns that car. My paperwork clearly states I got the equipment installed in my car 2016 Hyundai Accent, which is a LIE!!! So Audio Tint Pros charging me for another customer's installation and equipment? How is this even possible unless they are just scamming people at this location. I don't know if the owner of Audio Tint Pros knows that his employees are running a SCAM inside of this business. My contract should be cancelled, equipment and installation should be moved to the correct customer's account Melissa Ortiz the owner of Beyond Cleaning/Beyond Car Wash Detailing. I figured since he did my Mustang 5.0 they would do another phenomenal job, boy was I wrong, it took two days to get the system done fine with that however, when I went to go pick up the car and test the Soundsystem it sounded like complete dog. Shit! I told the installer that it didn't sound right, and he tried to fool me by putting the volume up really loud, to cover up the lack of work ethic and professionalism that goes into doing your job, that being said I left it at that went home and over the next few days. I noticed that the system was absolutely terrible. The sound sucked and on top of that I took a quick picture of my odometer. This guy actually rode my car for 20+ miles when confronted on it, he wouldn't say anything, I didn't want to go back to this place, too many emotions if you get me! End of story I had the system redone at another location. Do yourself a favor. Stay clear of this business. They are bad. you've been warned.

I currently had an electric one that was broke, he looked it up and said it would be $95 for the part which I had to pay for upfront not a big deal, told me he would call me when the part gets in, OK 2 1/2 weeks later no phone call? So I called the establishment and the gentlemen on the phone told me he would call me right back, two hours later no callback so I called him back again. He tells me he'll call me right back, says they're extremely busy? Mind you all I wanted to ask is if my part was in, so again I call an hour later and believe it or not. The gentleman on the phone tells me that he really is sorry but busy and he'll call me back in 10 minutes, OK again all I wanted to do was ask if my part was in, this was an hour before closing, so 10 minutes before they close I called them no answer? Wow The next day I called them immediately picked up the phone and asked if this was the guy with the Corvette? I tell him it is and I've been trying to get a hold of you guys now and it seems like im being blown off! He tells me he called me back twice? He might've, but it was an odd number and no voice message from the number!Anyways, I ask him do you have my part that I ordered 2 1/2 weeks ago? He tells me he's not sure now I start getting upset and I'm letting him know through my voice on the phone and I'm really pissed off. He tells me to call him back in 15 minutes?! You can't make this up! So I decided to dive a little deeper into their website and I got another phone number. I call, I get the owner. I let him know what's going on in the shop because he's currently in Puerto Rico on vacation. He tells me to hold on and calls his shop directly! We were in a three-way conversation with his staff, I'm not gonna go into detail because this is a long post. The man took care of the situation very quickly and efficiently where I didn't have to pay for installation. Kudos to the owner of this establishment and that's why I gave two stars however the fact that he's in Puerto Rico and leaving these people behind to run his business? Good luck anyways this is getting too long. Do yourself a favor stay far away from this establishment.
