I will start by saying that I strongly advise against going to this salon. I made an appointment through their website which clearly stated the services I wanted - I felt extremely uncomfortable walking in the door and once I sat down for my pedicure, they asked me atleast a minimum of 10 times if I wanted gel-x after I specifically said yes as well as it being the appointment I booked. I was originally put with this man who didn't speak english and couldn't understand a word I was saying. He started working on my nails and filed them all incorrectly before I was switched to another lady. As you'll notice in the pictures, one nail was extremely crooked and another has a long black hair stuck in the polish. My advice to this salon is if you're going to have someone doing nails, please make sure they know what they're doing because you'll continue receiving bad reviews and lose good customers. read more

I came in with an appointment for a full set of acrylic nails, and i showed an image of the length i wanted. let's just say they did not care. i showed an image of a length a decent amount long and what i got was not even close. i then also got a polish on my toes and the lady cut my foot twice and she definitely knew. these are my prom nails and im very angry. will not be coming back. save your money and go literally anywhere else. read more

The owner messaged me and told me he would try to fix my nails, that are still messed up, and while it was very kind of him I don't think I'll be going to get my nails done ever again. I was never super into having my nails constantly done, but this has literally just been so painful and horrible that its turned me off from doing it again. This was just supposed to be a fun thing for me and my little sister to do together, but its sort of ruined it for both of us. My sister went to this place today at about 1:30 to get her nails done for her baby shower. Its her first child so its a big deal. She wanted to look great. She showed the nail tech a picture of what she wanted and the results were horrendous!!! The nails dont look anything like what she wanted. The nails aren't even sitting flat against her natural nails. They are tilted upwards. They aren't even filed evenly. They're not even the same length on all her fingers!!!! She asked the nail tech for a refund and he refused! He was the manager and he said HE saw nothing gone with them. She was in tears on the phone with me devastated he ruined her nails and because she spent $50 for trash nails! Beware going here!!! The first picture is what she wanted. This time, I had a young gentleman- Not the owner, Hai. He had people waiting for him. The guy I had today seemed like he does not enjoy this kind of work at all. He rushed and did a completely half-*** job. It's my anniversary and I just wanted a nice mani/pedi and despite my efforts to get him to fix things, I still walked out really unsatisfied with the work (mostly with the Shellac mani). My nails have rough edges because he filed them terribly, and my polish is uneven and splotchy. And there is Shellac polish all over area of my fingers. I leave this to say be careful of who you get there. It seems like Hai and his mother take the most care in what they do and do a very very nice job. They take their time. I called and asked to speak to Hai and told him that I was unsatisfied. He told me to come back in. I did. He completely redid my polish on my toes, including reshaping the nails. He also completely removed the shellac, refiled my nails and redid the shellac. This is a great nail salon with a great owner. Ask for Hai, Nancy or Lee when you come here. read more

Although this place has that typical nail smell, it's soooooooo nice, very modern decor, open, inviting. The cleanest nail place I've ever seen, great pricing, many different color lines including organic/vegan, and they're friendly. I had great conversation on my SUNDAY walk in, which is awesome as is. I visited this Nail Salon soon after they opened for business. Hi, the owner was very friendly, the salon is clean and have beautiful pedicure stations. The pedicure (25.00) was quick and he worked on my callus well but it felt raw for a week after my pedicure. A decent pedicure otherwise. My second visit for a pedicure was nice. My nail technician did a great job and the younger guy helped her did a nice and quick repair overlay on my big toe and charged me only 3.00 for it. 3 HOURS FOR A PEDI AND FULL SET IS ABSURD!!! If I could rate lower than one star I would. I called before to verify price and once I went to pay it was more than they said due to the shape of my nail, which I specifically asked on the phone for what I got done. The lady who did my pedicure didn't speak an ounce of English and had to Keep asking the girl next to her what I was saying, she messed up my nails on my toes so bad, clipped my skin too close multiple times, went wayyyy shorter than I asked. Also couldn't get them straight at all, by the time they were somewhat straight they were sooo short. I asked who did coffin nails the best and was told that the guy who did would do them, then he got busy and I got pushed to another guy, he got acrylic all over my fingers and under my nails. I kept pointing out things that needed to be fixed. They're uneven on the sides and way shorter than they were supposed to be. He drilled on my skin over 10 times and trust me it didn't feel good... I felt bad for nitpicking but it was one thing after another. I will not be going back to this location ever again... i have never been somewhere for so long for the services I received. i am NEVER going back to this nail salon. I had an appointment to get a fill with a design and I had to wait 50 minutes to even be seen. I requested a specific nail tech when I made my appointment, I did not get the nail tech I wanted I got someone else. because I did not get the nail tech I wanted they could not do the design I had planned for my nails and no one there could. I also had to leave by a certain time which is why I made an appointment so I paid for my fill and unpolished nails and left. they were rude and did a poor job on my nails I could've done better. read more

Terrible! Service was terrible. Nail tech was sloppy. Owner was extremely unprofessional and rude suggesting that the bad experience was my fault. I have never been treated this way and have been getting professional nail services for over 15 years. Dip polish color did not go all the way to the end of the nail. The clear top coat started to bubble up within 24 hours of the service. Personal property was damaged when tech poured acetone onto cotton, and all over table and surrounding area. I went back the following day and the owner suggested this experience was the clients fault (apparently you should leave keys and phone's somewhere else), and that because his tech did not intentionally pour the acetone and cause damage they had no responsibility for the situation (apologizing would have worked, rather then getting into my face and yelling about this). He also did nothing to remedy the top coat. I would never go back and highly recommend you spend your money else ware. There are several other salons in the area with similar pricing that I am sure will offer a more pleasant and professional experience. read more

Ugh, I hate to do it but I'm downgrading my initial rating (see below)big time. At my last appointment Hi wasn't available so I trusted others would be at least ok. The shellac started peeling off my toes within days. The fill/polish was kinda crappy looking. Went back today for another chance, planning to ask/wait for Hi. Unfortunately he'll be out for about a month. Got what I think is the worst fill/polish I've ever had. Globby AF! And they didn't tell me the "mood changing" polish was going to be green instead of the beautiful taupey pink shown on the sample all except for when my hands are in cold water. Terrible. F. I've been to this nail shop twice and am pretty satisfied so far, so I'm surprised to see the majority of reviews for this place aren't good. On my first visit I got a fill with shellac polish (performed by the owner, Hi) and a pedicure with shellac on the second visit (don't know who). The work wasn't amazing beyond belief, like the way you'd need it if your finger or toe nails were going to be photographed for some reason, but in both cases the overall result was *MUCH, MUCH* better than what I normally get at a production-type (and production-priced) nail shop, so I'm definitely sticking with this place unless/until something goes awry here in the future. (Hoping that doesn't happen of course!!) I also appreciate the extremely clean, nicely updated interior; that they have good hours, including on Sunday; and their friendly willingness to stay late to perform any/all services for anyone who came in the door up to and even a few minutes past closing time. I did have to do a *teeny tiny* bit of reshaping of my fingernails but please know that I'm super-duper particular (official diagnosis: "just right brain," which is OCD-related). So I still think I received 5-Star services in consideration of that (and that, again, this is a production-paced and production-priced shop, not a luxury spa type of place where you'd pay a lot more and could reasonably expect perfection i.) I encourage anyone who isn't satisfied to let Hi know directly. I got the impression that he'd want to know in order to improve his shop's services and to have an opportunity to make it right. read more

Let me preface, my experience was ruined by my male technician. I would come back to another technician. Worse manicure experience I've ever had! I have never had someone tell me and argue with me that my nails are too short for French manicure. Just do what the customer wants! I always get French and never have a problem, perhaps this technicians skills just aren't that good for French. I felt pushed to pick a color and even when he applied that he did a shit job. I asked if he could reshape the nail that was bugging me and he told me no and blamed it on my finger being crooked... my nail color is blotchy and not full. Had my sister in from out of town .......... we were there last year and had a good pedicure. This visit it was the worse pedicure ever ............. couldn't understand the 2 ladies that were doing our nails .......... they carried on a conversation in there language the whole time while we were there. I went in for a pedicure. The lady trimmed my nails without asking me if they needed or if I wanted them trimmed. While she was trimming my cuticles she cut the cuticle on my right foot second toe in that it bleed. She didn't say anything to me and just continued on like nothing happened.
