My initial observation of the spa was that is very clean, and the front desk staff was nice and professional. The appointments started right on time, and my appointment was with a young lady named Samantha. Samantha was super friendly and just had an overall sweet demeanor. She did a great job with my foot massage, and usually when I receive a spa service, I don't talk, but we both talked and we're engaged in conversation the entire 30 minutes of the massage. We spoke a bit about eyebrow shape and how she likes to keep things natural/follow your natural shape. Can always take off more later if I wanted. I think my eye wax was all of five minutes. Trimming, a few strips of waxing, and then tweezing and that's it. Let me have a look in the mirror and I was happy for the most part. I should've asked to trim my eyebrows a little more. But overall content with the shape. I wish there was something to put on my skin afterwards to calm it down since I get red easily. Again, the whole process was super quick, didn't feel overly personalized with an eye brow shaping/waxing but the job got done. The staff who did my brows was very nice and we made conversation throughout my service. I felt comfortable and no pain with the waxing/tweezing. Afterwards, she checked me out and you can give a tip on a card. $20 is a fair price for an eyebrow wax, what I was paying for at another place in the area.
