They loaded me onto a gurney, and got me to the Big Cedars safe and sound. We had a few laughs along the way, and everyone was professional and personable. Our flight was delayed then our baggage's were even later. Our original pickup time was 7:55pm and we didn't get to the shuttle until almost 11. Him knowing I was traveling with little ones he covered to let them come and wait in the van until our baggage's came. You don't find that kind of service anywhere!! Most recently, I needed to use the service for a pick up from UCLA to home for my baby Bruin who wanted to come home for the Halloween weekend. While I easily could have went with Uber, Rich gave me an incredible deal that came out to the same as Uber. Our driver was Harry. Not only was he amazing, but he was completely reliable and most importantly safe. The car was spacious enough for my Bruin to bring home laundry to do at home.
