"I almost got assaulted by one of their workers" This lady stared yelling at me because she didn't like the way I was parking So I confronted her. She approached me with the intention of hitting me, so I informed her that I was going to call the police on her and she backed off screaming that as men I'm not supposed to talk back to her because she's a women. When I tried to file a complaint with their "GM" He suggested that since she's been working there for a long time she was in the right to behave that way. There's a huge sign that says $25 unlimited washes for the month, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Sounds good until you go to the cashier and she says, "we're not doing that this month" and before I go there, the guy who checked me in excuse was the computer was down but yet they charges my visa!? So which one is yet,.....just take the darn sign down that you're not honoring cause you're around the corner from me. But I rather go to Casino Carwash and pay double $50 unlimited carwash but at least I feel the business is more honest. read more

I paid 37$ for the car wash and it was a pure waste of money !!!! I drive a brand new car and there was crap all over the floor and on the lexus emblem when you open the passenger door. Dust everywhere and they didn't even clean my trunk !!! Never again!!!! read more

Sooo the only reason i go here is because the oil change is fast and quick. I went to get the complimentary car wash and the guys who vacuumed intentionally opened my coin compartment which i closed before hand on purpose and auctioned all of my change out and closed it again and broke the cap to my ciggertte lighter pier in the process. It wasn't u til today that i noticed when i saw the broken plastic on the ground and opened the compartment to check. A while ago this was the place to go to get a great wash for your car at a reasonable price but now it seems they are rushing through the cleaning process & jacked up the rates. I paid nearly $25 for a mediocre car wash where I could have gone elsewhere and pay $25 towards a monthly unlimited service for the same wash. There were fingerprints all over my windows he did a half assed job as far as vacuuming my car. The only upside to this place is that they now have a machine that washes and armor alls your tires which makes tires come out shiny and very clean but for the rest of the service & at these rates, vehicles should come out immaculate. Lower your rates!! I'll never be back here it's a ripoff read more

What are you ye real hours? No, for real hours of their operation? really not feeling this car wash. There's so many other professional car washes in the community that charge around the same price. The businesses have been going down for years and they don't seem to care. Patronize them at your own risk but don't be upset when your car doesn't come out clean. Don't be upset when you go there and the hours are posted but they're closed. Just very unprofessional. read more

Worst place you can possibly go to get anything done. They advertise an oil change for 30 something dollars. When you go pay they tell you a completely different amount. I went in the first time , the guy added a whole bunch of things my car did not need , as it had under 10k miles . While confronting them about it he took it off. And I paid the 50 something dollars for the oils change. I went there again and requested just an oil change , NPTHING ELSE, and still payed close to 60 dollars. When I asked about it , they said my car needed more oil, I drive a Hyundai Elantra, it doesn't get much smaller than this. This place is nothing but a rip off. read more

I been going to this location for years to do oil change and fluids service on my cars, since it was Zap Lube. I always brought my own oil and filter, then paid for a full conventional oil change, I guess their policy on that changed which they're entitled to do, what got me really upset is the way their technician talked to me when I explained that I wanted to use my own oil. I explained I always bring my own oil, and then pay the 30some charge for a regular oil change, he said we cannot use that oil, to what I asked why? He said because we have that oil here, when I said thats how I always do it because they charge around 90 dollars for a full synthetic oil change he got visually upset and told me "that's not my problem, It's your choice" and walked away. That very was unprofessional from every single angle. At that point I just took my oil got out of the service area and when somewhere else, not to mention anybody had the decency of asking why I was leaving without getting my car serviced. I don't really care about their change of rules in the shop, but someone who treat customers like that shouldn't be working in direct contact with the people who bring business to their shop. read more

I love it here!!! Best car wash an oil change I've ever gotten. I'm not sure why others are so harsh with their review but this is the absolute best service I've ever had at a car wash. Their oil changes are pretty fast and the majority of their prices are super reasonable especially comparing it to elsewhere. The workers are great too. I'll be back again soon read more

I really don't take the time out to write a review because I really don't think it makes a difference. I've been going to this car wash for 17 plus years but now the new owners things are very different. The equipment is still old scratches up your windshield and your car, they say they washed the dashboard and clean ashtray and cup holders but all of that is a lie. When you complain about them opening and closing at their will and not correcting the times of their opening and closing and most importantly refusing to communicate to the regulars when they're opening and closing is a bit too much. I complain to the owner's daughter and she is so emotionally immature she cried and told her parents that I upset her. Instead of dealing with my complaint and being professional, "her mother returned my" monthly payment of $35 and told me never to come again. Who does that in business? I don't know anyone who does that in business. Well maybe I do, the people that lose their business act that way. Really-really bad attitude and I see I'm not the only one that saying the same story.
