They took my car in right away and The whole process to patch my tire which was flat from running over a nail was about 15 minutes. The service is professional and they have some of the best rates. The only downside is while you are waiting the breeze which carries the smell from the Halal butcher next-door smells like dirty diapers and is a bit overwhelming. Drove here on a donut after a flat. They were closing in 10 minutes so I knew if they were to help there would probably be a 'premium' but when the gentleman told me I needed two tires vs the one because of a bubble and they were out of used tires and new ones would be $125 each I was done. Don't be fooled by the smile, I'm a smart consumer on anything! I went next door to Anthony's Tires and got two tires for $80. I came here to get my new tires put on and to have them balanced and aligned. At the time they seem like they were getting the job done and they did up until it was time to align them. Bout time they finished they pulled out the car for me and i sat outside for a few minutes trying to connect my music. While doing that they closed their shop really quick like in a rush. Anyways I took off and i headed to Passaic area as soon as i got on 21 and picked up speed I noticed that the steering wheel was not sitting straight like it was supposed and I noticed that it would still shake. I made a call to my bf and made a video to confirm that it wasn't done correctly and that it needed to be taken back to the shop except it would have to be the next day because they closed. After my bf get out of work on Sunday on his way to on the highway exit where the light is the he tries to take off and he couldn't because the ball that holds the tire came out IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD WHERE THERE IS TRAFFIC. We had to call my personal mechanic to come out of his way to come and fix it and he said they didn't tighten something. On Monday took the car back to the shop I wasn't able to go but my bf did and they tried to some up with so many excuses. That i was in a rush and i wasn't in a rush cuz i was outside the shop for 10mins after the car was done. And in those 10 mins they closed the shop so damn fast not even 5mins in my car and they were already closed. They didn't even want to give me my money back what if i would have taken the car to south jersey 2 hours away with my daughter in the car. Thank god I decided to not take my car and to take the truck but this business needs to be reported to the better business bureau and i will be doing just that because after reading the other reviews this is just terrible.
