They gave attentive ear to my concerns, understood the difficulty of the matter, and devised a proper course of action. Mice had gained access to my F450 Dooley, causing considerable damage and establishing a nest within. I brought the vehicle to no fewer than three establishments for washing and detailing, yet not one could remove the foul odor nor locate the source of the problem. Eric, however, discovered the nest concealed behind the passenger seat, beneath the pocketing. He promptly advised a remedy and undertook the removal and cleansing thereof. I delivered the vehicle to Eric at Everlast for further work, and I extend my thanks to him for the reupholstering of the seat. Upon inquiry, I asked whether he might ionize the truck; he agreed and allowed for a twenty-four hour treatment. He then went further still, electing to shampoo all carpets and dismantle interior fittings, including the center console, and even removing the floor mats in full. Everything was carefully restored to its proper place thereafter, including the seat and all interior components. The work was executed with great care and skill. I come to this place all the time to get my car wash because I've always thought they were amazing. Lately though their service has really been decreasing and their work times are getting just completely ridiculous Sunday morning I arrived as soon as they open ( I was the 3rd car in) to get my car detailed but I was told that there was already an hour and a half wait is very disappointing especially since I'm a regular customer. If you can just go somewhere else for now until they get their stuff together because it's very very disappointing and lately is not even worth the money in the past I've never had an issue paying $50 or $60 to get my car detailed and that's just a regular car wash with soap and wax spray just not worth it. read more

Came here this past weekend with my girlfriend on a super busy Saturday. We paid for the ultimate package and waited nearly an hour. To keep it stark, the service was below mediocre for what we paid. Some of the most simplest details were excluded such as: tire shine, front and back windshield was left grimy and the center consoles was not cleaned as it should've been. We honestly were very disappointed and were running behind what we had scheduled for the day and did not want to wait nearly another hour for something that should've been done. So we left and came back Monday. We were expecting the front desk representatives to hear us out but they completely dismissed our request. You would think after being a frequent customer at your local car wash they would treat you on a customer-neighbor basis and give us the service we deserved but we were told that there was nothing they could do for us and if we were unsatisfied the day of the car wash we should've spoke then. We tried to explain to them that their business was over whelmed with customers and we were already on a tight schedule, but that wasn't merely enough to get them to understand. Once they finished drying up the car they just left my car unattended and my keys were in the car so it was easy for anyone to just drive off with it !
