If there's one review you read just read this one. This place is awful. Paid $50 for regular shellac after settling with the guy cause he was determined on talking me out of a full set he clearly didn't want to do. Then the manicure was rushed I only sat there for around 10 mins maybe even less! Overall bad service. It's better to make a drive out of the town to Clarksville or somewhere else the nail places in this area are ghetto. read more

Very rushed. No one in there takes their time .. nails or toes. The rushed work speaks for itself. My nails never chip, a week after coming here..chipped. I got a fill in and he did not go all the way to my cuticle. So was it really a fill? I would not come back here unless it was my absolute last resort. read more

I literally just wanted a manicure and painted with gel polish, and they could not manage to get that correct. One hand looks way darker color than the other and the lady who did not even bother to paint my entire nail. I even said something to her and she "fixed" one hand and not the other at that point I was just so fed up because I should not have to tell someone how to do their job!!! I just was so done with it all and they charge me $40 for something that looks like shit! I 0 out of 10 recommend this place because if you do not do what they want you to do they treat you like shit!!!! Last time I went the guy refused what I wanted because I wouldn't get dip nails, he flat out told me no to my request unless I got dip powder! I honestly don't even think the lady that did my nails was even licensed! & I was charged 40$ for this mess! I only gave them another shot because I do understand people have bad days & some people are better than others at doing nails & they have multiple people there doing nails, this is the 3rd time I've gone with bad results & 3 different people have done my nails! Service sucks! First time here and he rushed my nails so bad. I got in at 1140, I walked out at 12:00. I asked before getting my nails done for a specific color for nails and toes. He told me yes and then when it was time for my toes, said they didn't have the color to match. I like to match my nails and toes. The vibe was terrible. I didn't get talked to the entire time. Even inquired about a big nail on my right hand and he just stared at me! 0/10 do NOT recommend , only gave 1 star because I HAD to! read more

Every single time I stopped by, the manager said they "take appointment ONLY". I was OK with it and made an appointment on the next day. However, while I was having my pedicure, some WHITE people just walked in without appointment but they still checked them in. Did that happen just because I'm BLACK? Or they change their appointment policies suddenly? Don't understand how the manager work!!! The reason I keep coming back is Tina and Christina behaviors and services. I visited when I was in town visiting family from out of state. I picked this salon based off of the other reviews. I am so glad I did. I got acrylics and I'm not sure what products they use at this salon but those bad boys stayed bonded for 6 weeks with no sign of of letting go any time soon. The quality was great and the tech (unfortunately I didn't get her name) gave me exactly what I asked for. I'll post the nails I got and my inspo pic. Highly recommend Hi Nails!!! read more

do not waste your time making an appointment! i was there on time and had to wait AN HOUR. multiple people walked in after my friend and i sat down and were long serviced before us. i even politely said to the man at the counter "i'm sorry i had an appointment 30 minutes ago" and he pointed to the lady who apparently had my appointment. the lady then continues take another costumer. i made an appointment because i did not have a huge amount of time to waste. when i did sit down the man doing my nails was facetiming someone. i don't know about you but that seems extremely unprofessional to me. very unhappy!! read more

Just like someone else said, they are rude and rushed my service. First I was only in the chair getting a pedicure for less than 20 minutes and she was already painting my toes.. Skipped the massage part. & then I had a total of 3 people working on my feet and all I asked for was french tip. The original person performing the service had to grab two other people just to finish it because she could not do french tip. She grabbed another guy who completely rushed my french tip, kept trying to cure it before make sure one foot matched the other or if I liked it and my foot with the LED light MULTIPLE TIMES and not checking to see if the gel was messed up. Also not caring about the fact that the LED light is super hot and could burn my skin .. My feet are not the same one French is thicker on one foot vs the other.. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place. Worst experience ever and this is not the first time, more like the 3rd time I've received crappy service. I left feeling awful and upset which defeats the purpose of going to a salon to pamper myself. I WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

My friend and I made an apt for 230. She gets seen at 235. I didn't get seen until 320 and then they don't even start on me. They literally sat me and then worked on someone else. Then when my friend went to pay so we could go somewhere else; they got an attitude about it saying that they were almost done with the girl before me but they've been saying that for like 45 minutes. I don't recommend at all. Seriously so slow, Even with 6 people working. I went somewhere with two people and got in and out within an hour. read more
